Nancy Pelosi is flagrantly violating the Constitution and she thinks she can get away with it. You must prove her wrong!
The Constitution is clear. The "sole power over impeachment" belongs to the House of Representatives and the "sole power to try all impeachments" resides with the Senate.
Donald Trump was impeached. The House of Representatives voted, the articles of impeachment passed, and the clerk recorded the vote count. Impeachment is over. Now, the power shifts to the Senate to hold the trial.
But Nancy Pelosi is trying to block that from happening. Since she knows that either the impeachment articles will be impeached or the Senate will find Trump not guilty. So, she wants to deny Trump the right to be exonerated and vindicated.
Pelosi is refusing to transmit the articles to the Senate and refusing to name the House Members who will argue the case in the Senate. The way the rules are written, that prohibits the Senate from moving forward.
Nancy Pelosi is violating the Constitution. Not only did she lead the coup against Trump to have him impeached, but now she is obstructing the United States Senate to prevent them from carrying out their Constitutional duties. And in the process, she is denying the President of the United States his right to a trial.
Imagine if a prosecutor did this to an average citizen. Imagine if a prosecutor obtained a public indictment against someone, smeared their good name, and then blocked a trial by refusing to show up to the court date. Not only would the case be thrown out with prejudice, but that prosecutor would be locked up.
But Nancy Pelosi isn't locked up. She is getting away with all of it...
Nancy Pelosi is obstructing Congress, not Trump. If you watch the Democrats for long enough, you will realize that they accuse the Republicans of the very crimes that Democrats are committing. It is called projection. The only person obstructing Congress and abusing their power is Nancy Pelosi!
Trump wanted the Judiciary to decide whether he had to comply with the Democrats subpoenas. Pelosi refused to wait and moved forward with impeachment while those court challenges were still ongoing.
It isn't obstruction of Congress to turn to the Courts to resolve disagreements between the other two branches of government. In fact, that is exactly what the Constitution says is supposed to happen. This is literally the definition of checks and balances.
But what Nancy Pelosi is doing is illegal. She is obstructing the United States Senate, violating the President of the United States' right to a trial, and violating her oath of office, all at the same time.
Nancy Pelosi doesn't just need to be removed from power. She must be kicked out of office, criminally investigated, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!
And that is what we are calling for today! We are rallying all Conservatives to fight back right now and put a stop to Nancy Pelosi's treachery once and for all!
Just yesterday, Adam Schiff announced that he is opening an investigation into Vice President Mike Pence as well. The Radical Left wants to remove him from office too.
Nancy Pelosi, as Speaker of the House, is the third in line to the Presidency. None of this is a coincidence... If Trump and Pence were ever simultaneously removed, Pelosi would become the President of the United States.
This whole thing has been a coup from the start. The only person abusing their power for personal gain and obstructing Congress is Nancy Pelosi herself!
There is no longer any doubt. Pelosi is breaking the law and violating the Constitution. She is obstructing the United States Senate and denying the President his right to a trial.
