Fellow Conservative,

Last week there was a bombshell admission. Ben Rhodes, a senior presidential advisor, admitted publicly that he and the Obama administration lied about the contents of the Iran deal in order to deceive the public and get Congress to back it.

Never before has an administration so openly admitted to lying to the American people.

Today, Mr. Rhodes was scheduled to testify before a Congressional hearing on the details of this deception.

At the 11th hour, the White House intervened and blocked the President’s advisor from testifying. Their reasoning? Executive privilege.

Just to be clear, executive privilege is the same defense used by Richard Nixon for why the public had no right to hear the incriminating Watergate tapes. Executive privilege gives a President the power to withhold from Congress certain communications between executive branch employees.

Do you see what is happening? Barack Obama just declared that evidence of his administration deceiving the American people is “privileged” information.

Liars. Don’t let Obama pull a Nixon and cover-up his deception! FaxBlast Congress and demand that they subpoena and go after these corrupt and criminal officials – the President included!

It really is amazing what difference a week can make. On the same day that we learned the Obama administration was using the Nixon defense, a report was released detailing that the United States is working with Iran to make their missile tests more secretive.

The Iranian regime has admitted that the Obama administration is pleading with them to perform their missile tests in secret.

That is how weak Barack Obama is. A radical regime is test firing nuclear-capable ballistic missiles and instead of demanding they cease the tests, Obama is asking them to not publicize that they’re developing nuclear missile capabilities.

It is amazing how the Obama administration has gone from promising 24/7, anytime inspections to coordinating with radical Islamists to keep their missile program secret. Now, they’re using executive privilege to stop Congress from getting any more evidence of their deception.

It has to stop, folks. It is downright treasonous. For Obama to coordinate with the Iranians to keep their missile program a secret is treason. That’s why they’ve prohibited Ben Rhodes from testifying…

This isn’t the first time that Obama has used executive privilege to attempt to kill a scandal. Executive privilege was invoked to prevent Congress from accessing incriminating documents related to Operation Fast and Furious.

It took years, but the courts finally rules in Congress’ favor. Why? That’s because executive privilege cannot be used to protect evidence of lawlessness and criminality.

So you’re left with a decision:

Do you sit back and watch as Obama channels his inner-Nixon once again to cover up another scandal? To do this will guarantee the death of the Republic.

Or do you stand up and fight to have this criminal removed from office? Will you join us and hold Congress' feet to the fire, demanding real action?

I don’t know about you, but I choose the latter!

Don’t let Obama get away with this! FaxBlast and DEMAND that Congress use every tool at its disposal – including impeachment – to stop this treason from moving forward!

Sincerely,

Joe Otto
