It’s to the point that no one can actually still believe that Obama is simply tragically stupid. You don’t get to where Obama is by accident. He is actively trying to drag this country down.

Recently leaked travel arrangements suggest that we could get a nuclear deal with Iran by this Sunday. Of course, Obama has no intention of going through Congress as the Constitution explicity require. That's predictable, considering how 367 Congressmen and 47 Senators have voiced their complete opposition to the nuclear deal, stating that they will not allow Obama to circumvent Congress and unilaterally lift the sanctions against Iran.

We are now learning that the draft deal with Iran will allow the Islamic Republic to continue to run centrifuges at its most fortified subterranean bunker. Even optimistic military strategists admit that the Fordo research facility is impervious to air attacks.

The trade off? Iran has to “promise” that it will not use the centrifuges to enrich uranium in this fortified underground research facility. Of course, this will be enforced by the honor system.

The Obama administration can’t possibly be this stupid, can they? This is such a dangerous proposal that surely they must know Iran will continue developing nuclear weapons.

The only logical deduction is that this is deliberate. The Obama administration is deliberately circumventing Congress to lift sanctions against Iran and leave the door open for them to get the bomb.

This is suicidal and almost all of Congress agrees. Demand that Congress stop this dangerous nuclear deal before it’s too late!

So this is everything that we’ve learned over the past week:

• Barack Obama plans to circumvent Congress and the Constitution by bringing the nuclear deal to the United Nations for approval instead.
• The President plans to unlawfully lift Congressionally-imposed sanctions despite near bipartisan opposition.
• While the White House claims progress is being made, Iran’s Ayatollah Khamenei is on Iranian television chanting “Death to America.”
• The Pentagon just declassified a report detailing all of Israel’s nuclear capabilities, giving Israel’s enemies access to its secrets.

On top of this, one of Iran's negotiators just announced that the United States had "withdrawn from its positions." The Obama administration caved to Iran's demands.

But do you want to know what is simply shameful? Many Congressmen and Senators plan to leave town for an extended Passover/Easter vacation. John Kerry is meeting with delegates from Iran and other powers in order to allegedly sign the nuclear deal and Congress, the one Branch of government with the authority to approve or deny such a deal, is going home for vacation!

This is UNACCEPTABLE!

We need Congress in Washington ready to respond when the Obama administration signs this suicidal nuclear deal with Iran.

As I mentioned, 367 Congressmen and 47 Senators have already come out in opposition of the President’s plan to circumvent Congress with this nuclear deal.

As you read this, a bipartisan coalition of Senators is introducing legislation to FORCE Obama to send any deal with Iran to Congress first for approval. One Senator promised “violent backlash” if Obama submits it to the UN.

The Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act of 2015 is being sponsored by Senators Bob Corker (R-TN) and Robert Menendez (D-NJ). This bill would force the President to submit the details of the nuclear agreement with Iran for approval before it can be signed and implemented. Sen. Menendez is hardly a Conservative. But he has been such a thorn in Obama’s side on this Iran deal that the President’s Department of Justice has actually started going after him for ethics violations.

We need to get this bill passed now! We cannot allow Congress to adjourn for vacation without passing this law.

We have the votes to stop the Obama-Iran nuclear deal! Demand that Congress pass the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act of 2015 before it is too late!

It is no coincidence that the Obama administration plans to sign this unconstitutional nuclear agreement only after Congress leaves town. That will give him and his lawyers 12 days to figure out how to get around Congress.

This includes using the United Nations to force this dangerous agreement on the American people!

We levied painful sanctions that brought Iran to its knees. These sanctions were used because we caught Iran illegally developing nuclear weapons. Now, just as they’re working, the President wants to relax them and turn a blind eye to Iran’s nuclear weapons program.

The largest state-sponsor of terrorism cannot be allowed to get the bomb!
