Fellow Conservative,

Yesterday’s Supreme Court ruling on abortion was disgusting. Once again, the Liberal judges created law out of thin air to push their views on the country.

As Justice Thomas wrote in his dissent: “We have passed the point where ‘law,’ properly speaking, has any further application.”

A few years ago, Texas passed safety standards to bring the state’s abortion clinics up to similar standards that generic surgical centers operate under.

The law required abortionists to have admitting privileges at nearby hospitals, which is common sense. If something goes horribly wrong in an abortion facility, which has been known to happen, having admitting privileges would allow the doctor to follow his or her patient into the ER.

The law also required that abortion centers modify their buildings to make the doorways and hallways wide enough for a gurney. If an abortion procedure goes horribly wrong in these facilities, the doors and halls should be wide enough to facilitate a quick exit.

After the horrors that we have seen at abortion centers run by butchers like Kermit Gosnell and LeRoy Carhart, with women being sent to the hospital clinging to life after botched procedures, it is shameful that the five, liberal activist judges on the Supreme Court would put women at risk like this.

But we’re not just against the Liberals on this. The Republican leadership now opposes the pro-life movement as well.

Both Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan have done everything in their power to stop Conservatives from bringing pro-life amendments to a vote. They refuse to let Congress vote on these common-sense bills.

Now, more than ever, this blockade MUST be broken!

McConnell and Ryan are blocking pro-life amendments from coming to the floor. Please, send your FaxBlast and DEMAND that Congress pass the Pain Capable Unborn Child Prevention Act and the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act!

These are the two truly common-sense bills that McConnell and Ryan are blocking.

There’s the Pain Capable Unborn Child Prevention Act. This legislation dictates that once an unborn child is capable of feeling pain, it is illegal for a doctor to deliberately cause them pain. When a surgeon has to operate on a 20+ week-old child in-utero, he or she must administer anesthesia for the surgery to be ethical.  But if that same doctor is performing an abortion on a 20+ week-old, then they can rip the child apart, limb from limb, without any repercussions whatsoever.

Then there’s the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, a bill that mandates that any child born alive after a botched abortion procedure be given the proper medical care to keep them alive. Right now, loopholes in the law allow doctors to murder born-alive children without it actually being called murder.

The court records show that on at least one particular occasion, Kermit Gosnell preformed an abortion on a teenager who was 17-years-old. The teenager was seven and a half months pregnant. Kermit Gosnell induced birth and brought a 6-pound, writhing infant into the world. Then, he took a pair of scissors and stabbed it in the back, severing the baby's spinal cord.

The cry of an unborn child is supposed to be a beautiful sound, not a symptom of the pain they’re being subjected to as they’re brought into the world!

These are just two common sense bills that would pass if Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan would allow them to be brought forward as amendments.

But that’s not what the GOP leadership wants. They are deliberately limiting the amendment process to stop pro-life bills from being added to the must-pass spending bills they are debating.

Right now, Congress is debating a spending bill to fund research against the Zika virus. Congressional Democrats are voting against the bill and Barack Obama is threatening to veto it, because the legislation doesn’t give more money to Planned Parenthood.

There are already signs that the Republicans’ resolve is starting to buckle. GOP leadership is meeting to discuss giving in to the Left’s demands and giving Planned Parenthood even more funding in order to get the bill signed.

It is absolutely disgusting to think that while GOP leadership blocks these common sense pro-life amendments, they are actually contemplating surrendering and giving more funding to Planned Parenthood.

You CANNOT allow this to happen!

Don’t let Republicans cave to the Left’s abortion demands! FaxBlast and FORCE Congress to pass the Pain Capable Unborn Child Prevention Act and the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act and help save 27 innocent babies every day!

After the Supreme Court’s radical abortion decision yesterday, and given the Republicans’ penchant for surrendering on pro-life issues, it is more important now than ever before that you stand up and take a stand for the unborn.

What has become abundantly clear is that if you don’t stand to protect the unborn, no one will. Not the courts… not the Republicans… and certainly not the Democrats…

That leaves just you. You are the only one who stands in the way of abortion on-demand.

Both pieces of legislation combined are estimated to save at least 27 children every day. That might not seem like a lot, but every life matters.

In the 280 days since Congress gave up trying to pass these bills, 7,560 children have been needlessly killed.

These are children that could already survive outside of the womb, or would be able to survive outside the womb if just given another week or two to develop.

7,560 lives lost… That is the price of Congress’ inaction.

That is the price of our silence…

Don’t sit back and do nothing! Rise up and DEMAND that Congress pass the Pain Capable Unborn Child Prevention Act and the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act before any more children are brutally and needlessly killed!

Sincerely,

Max McGuire
