The Biden Administration just entered the final phase of approving a new gun control executive order that will turn millions of law-abiding Americans into felons!
Back in 2013, Alex Bosco invented a firearm accessory known as the SB-15. It was designed to go on the back of a pistol to allow the disabled to better fire a handgun one-handed. Shown above, the SB-15 wraps around a shooter's forearm to make it easier to hold up the weight of a pistol.
It was designed specifically for disabled veterans coming back from Iraq and Afghanistan. Alex Bosco wanted to help soldiers with disabilities re-enter the shooting sports.
Our gun laws are stupid. It is legal to own a pistol. A pistol is defined as a short barreled weapon designed to be fired one-handed. It is also legal to own a rifle, which is defined as a long-barreled weapon designed to be fired from the shoulder. But if you put a butt-stock on a pistol, that transforms the gun into a short-barreled rifle, which requires a special tax and permission to own it from the ATF.
Bosco's invention looks like a stock, but it is not a stock. It is an arm brace designed to help disabled and able-bodied shooters alike fire heavier handguns one-handed.
Millions of Americans now own these devices and every single one came with a copy of a letter from the Obama ATF giving the purchaser permission to own it.
Well, Joe Biden is rescinding that permission slip. He is reclassifying these pistol braces as illegal stocks and is about to turn millions of gun owners into felons!
I own one of these braces, not because I am disabled but because it makes it easier to shoot one of my heavier pistols. I still have the letter that came with it from the ATF's Firearm Technology Branch affirming that it is legal to own and use.
For two years, between 2015 and 2017, I had to stop using my arm brace, otherwise I would have become a "felon" because the ATF changed its mind. Think about that. Back then, hundreds of thousands of Americans were turned into felons not because they broke the law, but because the ATF arbitrarily changed its mind. Then, after we fought like hell, the ATF reversed course and admitted their mistake.
But now, years later, Biden has ordered the ATF to flip again and turn gun owners back into felons...
The final rule will be released in the coming days. The Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs has just announced that the pistol brace ban has been filed.
Biden ordered the ATF to ban these kinds of handguns and now they are obeying his unconstitutional command.
It is up to YOU to stop them before it's too late!
Once this executive order goes into effect, it will be too late to stop it.
But right now, we have an opening. We have a chance to kill this regulation before it gets added to the Federal Register!
It is insane that we have been fighting a 6+ year battle over the legality of a device designed to help disabled military veterans get back into the shooting sports. Just think about that for a second. These men and women served and literally sacrificed limbs for their country. They get back to the United States and purchase an arm brace designed to help them hold and balance heavier handguns one-handed. Now, after owning and using these devices legally for years, the ATF is back to try to turn them into felons again.
This is no way to live. Government bureaucrats should not be allowed to just arbitrarily decide whether a particular gun is legal or not, and they certainly shouldn't be allowed to change their mind four times in less than eight years...
The good news is we can still stop this, but only if you rise up and fight now!
