Yesterday, the Colorado Supreme Court handed down a ruling that disqualifies President Donald Trump from serving as U.S. president, effectively blocking his appearance on the primary ballot in Colorado. This decision is beyond infuriating. Donald Trump is unequivocally the people's top candidate for the 2024 election, and we have every intention of seeing him win! We, the people, will not tolerate this travesty, and we demand that Congress unequivocally stand with Donald Trump, putting an immediate end to this outrageous persecution. We insist that Donald Trump be reinstated on the Colorado primary ballot, and that no other state attempting to remove him from their primary ballot is entertained!

The Colorado Supreme Court's ruling declares Donald Trump ineligible for the presidency, resulting in his abrupt removal from the 2024 primary ballot in Colorado. This decision is based on the court's interpretation of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, disqualifying individuals who engage in insurrection against the Constitution after taking an oath to support it. The court specifically points to the January 6th protests as grounds for this judgment.

It's worth noting that all the justices on the Colorado Supreme Court are appointed by Democratic governors, revealing a blatant bias and persecution. We've witnessed an unrelenting barrage of attacks on Donald Trump throughout his 2024 campaign – from incessant indictments, financial assaults, court appearances, baseless accusations, media disinformation, to now forcibly removing him from the Colorado ballot based on unsubstantiated claims. These calculated moves are clearly orchestrated to obstruct his inevitable victory, and we are fed up!

The Colorado Supreme Court has temporarily stayed its decision until January 4, or until the U.S. Supreme Court rules on the case, which underscores the urgency of this matter, especially given Colorado's January 5th deadline for printing primary ballots. Action needs to be taken NOW! 

Trump’s attorneys have vowed to appeal any disqualification immediately to the nation’s highest court, which has the final say on constitutional matters, and in response to the recent ruling, Trump's legal spokeswoman, Alina Habba, issued a statement Tuesday night: “This ruling, issued by the Colorado Supreme Court, attacks the very heart of this nation’s democracy. It will not stand, and we trust that the Supreme Court will reverse this unconstitutional order.”

The American people demand, in the strongest terms possible, that Congress, our elected representatives, fervently stand by Donald Trump, insisting on his immediate reinstatement on the Colorado Primary ballot.

We, the People, categorically reject any further attempts by State Supreme Courts to deprive Donald Trump of his rightful place on their primary ballots. Congress must know that it is not a mere request, but a vehement demand that they stand on the right side of history and honor their oath to the people. Congress, do not turn a blind eye to this injustice – we insist that you demand the reinstatement of Donald Trump on the Colorado ballot.
