We are learning even more about the gun control legislation making its way quietly through Congress and it doesn't look good.

Dianne Feinstein, who infamously admitted in the 1990s that she wanted American gun owners to "turn them all in," has written a bill that would turn millions of Americans into felons overnight.

Her bill, the Automatic Gun Fire Prevention Act, would ban any accessory that could possibly be construed to help someone fire an AR-15 quickly.

"It shall be unlawful for any person to import, sell, manufacture, transfer, or possess, in or affecting interstate or foreign commerce, a trigger crank, a bump-fire device, or any part, combination of parts, component, device, attachment, or accessory that is designed or functions to accellerate the rate of fire of a semi-automatic rifle but not convert the semi-automatic rifle into a machine gun."

Notice how I didn't say 'faster.' She is not going after things that modify a gun's rate of fire and she admits that. Her bill bans anything that helps a rifle fire quickly. That pretty much means every single accessory on the market. Replacing a spring or lightening a trigger for competition would be instantaneous felonies, punishable by up to 10 years in prison. There are even now experts who worry that because a magazine size determines how quickly a gun can fire, this could also be interpreted to ban 'high capacity magazines.'

This is nothing but a thinly disguised Assault Weapon Ban. It just gathered it's 33rd co-sponsor and is even starting to intrigue some anti-gun Republicans...

You cannot let them cave to this!

Don't let the GOP surrender to this gun ban! Send your instant message and force them to kill Dianne Feinstein's Automatic Gun Fire Prevention Act before it's too late!

A semi-automatic rifle can fire as fast as someone can pull the trigger. Feinstein's bill bans any accessory or combination of accessories that allow a semi-automatic rifle to "accelerate the rate of fire." Yes, that is deliberately vague.

The legislation would give the ATF the authority to ban any type of accessory they want, as long as they can argue that it contributes to helping a shooter fire quickly. And if those accessories just happen to be on every rifle, such as a pistol grip or a handguard... well, you can see where I'm going with this.

This is a direct assault on our 2nd Amendment rights and literally proves the saying that if you give them an inch, they'll take a mile.

Already, you have cowards in the GOP surrendering and agreeing to give Feinstein's proposal a hearing and maybe even a vote. The FBI still hasn't even released why the Las Vegas shooter went on his killing spree but here we are, with a bill that goes after every single AR-15 and rifle owner in the entire country.

It's not just the "RINOs," either. Florida Senator Marco Rubio said this week he would "always be open" to passing gun control. Rep. Mark Meadows - the conservative head of the Freedom Caucus - told reporters he would be "open to considering a bill."

If a gun ban reaches the floor, Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson admitted on camera that he "would vote for it." Texas Senator John Cornyn said that holding a hearing on banning AR-15 accessories would definitely be "worthwhile."

And when asked whether he would let such a bill come to the floor, Paul Ryan said that this is "clearly" something Congress should look into.

All in all, we have counted at least three dozen Republicans who would entertain jumping on board with Feinstein's gun ban and those are just the ones who admitted they're open to it...

It is up to you, right now, to put a stop to this!

Say no to this gun ban! Tell Congress, in no uncertain terms, that you will remove anyone who supports Feinstein's Automatic Gun Fire Prevention Act!

Years from now, the history books will write of this time... this very moment.

They will either write about how this Feinstein bill passed, delivering the first nail in the coffin for the 2nd Amendment, or they will write about how liberty-living patriots like you rose up and stopped Congress from surrendering your rights!

There is no coming back from this if it passes. There is no redo button here.
