This is absolutely amazing. Trump isdefying Ryan and McConnell and constructing the border wall anyway!
Last week, Paul Ryan allowed 41 Republicans to vote down the President's immigration proposal. This bill would have provided 25B for border wall construction.
When the bill failed, liberals and establishment Republicans celebrated. They know the administration is up against the clock. If Trump does not secure border wall funding this summer, he will likely have to wait another year to break ground on the wall. That would mean waiting until after the midterms and risking Democrats taking over one or even both chambers of Congress.
That is the game the establishment is playing. They know that if they can stall for just three more months, they will have a real chance at blocking the border wall permanently.
Democrats and RINOs were popping the champagne. Trump, however, has other plans.
We already know that the President has authorized new border wall construction in California, New Mexico, and Arizona. Now, we just received bombshell news.
President Trump has also just authorized the border wall construction process to begin in Texas as well!
Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX) is one of the leading voices for amnesty in Congress. He voted for the bill that blocked border wall funding. He just revealed something that is truly groundbreaking. After learning that the Trump administration was beginning border wall construction in Texas, he was furious. How could Trump be moving forward with it anyway, he asked.
"They said that they got the money, they got the authority and they're going to move on trying to acquire the land," Cuellar explained.
Trump is done playing around. For months, we have heard rumors that the Trump administration was trying to move funding around to pay for the wall. Now, we see that it is working. At least for now, President Trump has found a way around the Ryan-Pelosi attempt to block the wall from being built.
But he can't do this forever. He needs Congress to fund and authorize the wall.
He needs YOU to force them to!
Both Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell have already shown they are willing to abandon the border wall project. Ryan let 41 Republicans vote it down and McConnell hid behind the Senate rules to let the Democrats filibuster the border wall funding earlier this year.
These cowards in leadership have no plan to secure the border. It is up to We the People to force this through!
Make no mistake. There is a reason that Paul Ryan did not hold a vote on his "compromise" amnesty bill last Thursday as planned. Even when he pushed the vote to Friday, he was forced to cancel it again. He is hoping to bring it to a vote, but Republicans are terrified of signing onto it.
That is because of you. You put this fear into them. They know there will be hell to pay if they vote for amnesty because you will hold them accountable.
They are afraid of you enough to vote against amnesty. Now it is time to force them to vote to fund the wall and increased border security.
Our push is simple: President Trump has promised to veto any spending bill that doesn't include border wall funding. Any Congressman or Senator who allows the border wall to remain unfunded will be removed from office.
But the only way we can force them to fund it is if we bury them right now!
