Under the law, Barack Obama must give Congress 30-days notice before he releases any terrorist from the military prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
Last week, exactly 30-days before Trump’s Inauguration, the White House delivered its notice to Congress. They will be releasing 18 of the most hardened terrorists on Obama’s last day in office.
Thanks to Wikileaks, we have access to all of the files on the Guantanamo terrorists. Every single terrorist left in prison has been determined by the Pentagon to pose either a medium or high risk of returning to the battlefield if transferred or released.
We do not know which of the terrorists are slated to be released this time, but in the past, Obama has personally authorized the release of a terrorist who was captured while in possession of Soviet nuclear material… Yes, it is that bad.
Saudi Arabia has been accepting a large number of the Guantanamo terrorist transfers. Just this month, it was revealed that the Saudis’ terror “rehab” program was actually a “hidden radicalization program.”
You can’t make this up…
Conservatives generally fall into two camps when it comes to criticism of Obama. He is either grossly incompetent or he is deliberately acting against the United States and its interests.
Over the past 8-years, I’ve been oscillating between these two. Every time I get close to giving Obama the benefit of the doubt, he goes and does something like this.
Releasing 18 of the worst-of-the-worst terrorists from Guantanamo is not incompetence… it is far, far worse.
I don’t know how else to describe this. Obama is releasing hardened terrorists and sending them to third-world countries with a history of re-radicalizing prisoners. It is treason.
I dare you to find a different way to describe it. On Obama’s last day in office, he will transfer terrorists to a “rehab” program in Saudi Arabia with a documented history of radicalizing its prisoners. The Pentagon has concluded that if released, these terrorists would pose a significant risk to America, its assets, and its allies.
What Obama is doing is treasonous, plain and simple. I wish there was another way to describe it, but there isn’t…
It is up to us.
It is up to us to force Congress to intervene and block this from moving forward and the only way that happens is if you get LOUD right now!
We are so close to being able to go on offense. We are just 24-days away from Donald Trump’s inauguration.
But we are also just days away from Barack Obama releasing the worst-of-the-worst terrorists from prison!
