As we reported to you last month, the UN Climate Treaty has officially gotten enough signatures to enter into force nationwide.

On November 4^th – just three days from now – the United Nations will officially begin enforcing the radical climate treaty. And they will be using YOUR tax dollars to fund it!

Obama has already given away $500 million to the UN without Congressional approval. He knows that Congress will never ratify this treaty. So, he and his European allies have designed it to not “need” Congressional approval.

Instead of complying with the Constitutional requirement that Congress give its “advice and consent” before international treaties become American law, Obama will implement the treaty by executive action and then give away a total of $3 Billion to help the UN enforce it worldwide.

We are out of time. This treaty goes into effect at the end of the week!

It really is simple. What Obama is doing is unconstitutional.

This isn’t about the merits of the treaty at all. This isn’t about the merits of decreasing pollution. Everyone agrees that the world is a better place when our water and air are cleaner.

But that doesn’t mean we should throw the Constitution to the wind and adopt an ends-justify-the-means philosophy.

He is implementing a treaty at home by executive order and financing it abroad using discretionary funds, all without Congressional “advice and consent.”

And Barack Obama is counting on you being too preoccupied to notice…

Isn’t that pathetic? Obama’s entire attempt to bypass Congress and cede American sovereignty to the United Nations hinges on the American people not noticing what he's doing.

The Founders knew that a time would come when the future of the Republic would depend on popular action. They knew that there would come a point when the future of this experiment in self-governance would hinge on Americans rising up.

We have reached this point.

We can either allow President Obama to cede American sovereignty and autonomy to the United Nations or we can rise up right now and put an end to this before it’s too late.

I choose the latter. I choose to save the Constitution and the Republic!
