The recent victory in the Senate over background checks may be short-lived.
The “Obama Anti-Gun Machine” has several alternative plans to make sure that he can grab your gun and make gun control the law of the land. One way or the other! By hook or crook!
By Executive Order or by “Executive Action”.
President Barack Obama and his administration are attempting to grab guns through “extra-Constitutional” Executive Orders or by ILLEGAL “Executive Actions”.
Recall the recent “gun control alliance” which tried to pass background checks? Thank God it was unsuccessful. They, however, will re-try a revised version within the next couple of weeks! That is their new battle plan as outlined by Senate Majority Leader U.S. Senator Harry Reid (D-NV).
But do you recall that one of their amendments would have emboldened your psychiatrist to turn you in to the FBI’s gun ban list?
President Obama is trying to pass that “turning you in” edict via Executive Order or Executive Action. He is using his minion and mouthpiece HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius. She and her staff have propagated regulations that would, by executive fiat, waive all federal privacy laws and encourage your doctor to report you to the FBI. IF---you were mentally unstable, had a severe drug problem, unable to manage your financial affairs (like many Americans!), or were a real threat to the United States, or even a threat to yourself or your neighbor. Your privacy rights and right to own a gun is at stake now, more than ever. We must let Congress know about this.
Your doctor would use as guidelines the anti-gun Veterans Disarmament Act of 2007, which says your doctor, needs to “tell on you” if you were even slightly a “danger to yourself or others.” Did you know that 165,000 military veterans have ALREADY lost their gun rights because they saw a VA psychiatrist in or after their military service?
If Obama and Kathleen Sebelius have their way, this same procedure will start happening in the private sector. In fact, it has already started in New York State thanks to their passage of the SAFE Act!
Sure. Firearms need to be out of the hands of terrorists and the truly mentally ill. However, the mentally ill need their right to “due process.” HHS and the Obama want to give government bureaucrats the opportunity to deny law-abiding people their constitutionally protected rights!
HHS is at the mid-stages of this and is taking public views for just a few more days. But we must strike this down right now before their media friends give them a horrible “boost” in popularity. Contact Congress today.
Then there is Executive Order 13603 which states that the administration must “…be prepared, in the event of a potential threat to the security of the United States, to take action necessary to insure the availability of adequate resources and production capability, including services and critical technology, for national defense requirements…” In other words, the Obama Administration could “nationalize” or outright SEIZE private assets to protect national interests.

President Obama has made it easy for law enforcement to seize lawful, registered guns from American citizens who are never accused of committing a crime. Bureaucrats will make these lasting decisions.
And here’s the joke, but this is serious and is NOT a laughing matter, because it is already happening right here in the United States of America!
PEOPLE HAVE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, SO LAW ENFORCEMENT ARRESTS THE WEAPON, SINCE WEAPONS HAVE NO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS!

Please tell Congress what you think about the Obama Administration going around the appropriate Senate vote and still making Executive Orders and Executive Actions to continue their gun control agenda!
