While the FBI is under strict orders not to talk to the press, brave Patriots within the Bureau have been leaking status updates for the Hillary Clinton investigation and this latest one is a hombshell. The FBI is closing its investigation and will be interrogating Hillary Clinton any day now. For months, Hillary has been claiming that she wasn’t even under investigation. She said this was just a “routine security review.”
The FBI does not assign 150 of its agents to a security review. They are in the middle of a criminal investigation. The ultimate target of the investigation is always interrogated last, to increase the likelihood they can catch their target lying.
The evidence says that Hillary Clinton should be indicted. The law allows for government employees to be charged under the Espionage Act if they exhibit "gross negligence" in how they handle Classified information. Not only did she send and receive classified information without following basic security protocols, but she created over 100 classified documents and never marked them as such. All of these documents and government secrets were kept on a nonsecure private server that anyone could have hacked into.
A grand jury has already been empaneled. That’s the only way the FBI could be granting people statutory immunity and issuing 3rd Party subpoenas. You don’t empanel a grand jury for a “security review.”
We are closer than ever before to bringing Hillary Rodham Clinton down. There’s only one problem: the Obama administration won’t prosecute!
If the FBI recommends indictment, do you really think that the Obama administration will press charges against a former administration official and presumptive party nominee for President? The White House has already admitted that they don't believe Hillary did anything wrong.
No. They will either refuse to prosecute or stretch this out for as long as possible so if Hillary wins, she can suspend the prosecution.
If FBI Director James Comey calls to recommend an indictment and Loretta Lynch answers the phone, it’s over. This is why it is so important to force the DOJ to appoint a Special Prosecutor, someone who cares only about the truth.
That is why the laws allow for Special Prosecutors to be appointed: because the Executive Branch cannot be trusted to prosecute one of its own!
Hillary Clinton is a criminal. She’s as crooked as they come and she belongs in prison!
We’re coming to the end of the line here, folks. Hillary’s lies are crumbling around her. If we had an honest President, she’d already be charged. But Obama and his underlings have always valued party loyalty above enforcing the law as written.
This could be our last shot to get Congress to intervene. Once the FBI makes its recommendation, the administration will be able to throw it away. That CANNOT be allowed to happen!
