Dear Conservative,

I am not sure if you are up to speed with the political shenanigans going on Texas, but here is the general gist of it…

Governor Rick Perry (R) vetoed a piece of legislation and essentially defunded the Public Integrity Unit, an ethics watchdog group, in Austin, Texas, which is a heavily liberal district.

The veto came after District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg (D) was arrested for drunk driving and caught on an embarrassing police dashcam. Gov. Perry promised to veto the funding if Lehmberg didn’t resign, and when she refused, Perry lived up to his promise.

Gov. Perry has been indicted on abuse of power charges, all because he exercised his constitutional authority to veto a piece of legislation.

And this got me thinking… if a bunch of criminal liberal politicians in Texas can indict Governor Perry for governing according to the Constitution, why isn’t anyone brave enough to impeach and indict President Barack Obama for his trampling on the Constitution?

Tell Congress and ALL Fifty State Attorneys General to impeach and indict Barack Obama!

Honestly… we are talking about a President who has repeatedly and deliberately violated the law and constitution! When he doesn’t get what he wants – gun control, immigration ‘reform,’ Obamacare – he just sidesteps Congress and writes/edits the laws himself.

He has not once, but TWICE entered the United States into a foreign war without obtaining a declaration of war from Congress. This was something he criticized George W. Bush for when he was a presidential candidate.

He has presided over some of the most partisan bureaucracies in the history of the American government. His Department of Justice, led by Eric Holder, has attacked citizens and journalists and used its power to foment racial divisions.

Obama has presided over an IRS that deliberately targets opposition political groups and wantonly destroys evidence while under Congressional investigation!

He has refused to turn over the Fast and Furious documents, essentially a slap in the face to U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and everyone else who was killed because Obama’s ATF allowed the cartels to arm themselves.

He has presided over a Department of Veterans Affairs where employees would rather shred documents than actually provide care to our military veterans!

And who can forget how Obama and the State Department left Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans to die in Benghazi, Libya?

The President’s crimes are numerous. If Rick Perry can be indicted for following the Constitution, then President Obama can surely be impeached and indicted for violating the Constitution!

Tell Congress and ALL Fifty State Attorneys General to impeach and indict Barack Obama!

So, our plan is simple: If you fax blast Congress today demanding Obama’s impeachment, we will also send a fax on your behalf to all FIFTY State Attorneys General demanding that he be indicted for his crimes against the Constitution and the American people! The goal is to find at least one attorney general with the guts to do what is necessary and indict Barack Obama! If Rick Perry can be indicted for no reason, then the President surely can be indicted as well, given the preponderance of evidence!

The man doesn’t want to be President anymore… he has completely checked out. With the news in Iraq, many foreign leaders have cut their vacations short to return to meet with their advisors. British Prime Minister David Cameron did just that at the news that the ISIS fighter who beheaded the American journalist was likely a British national. But Barack Hussein Obama continues to party and golf in Martha’s Vineyard while the world burns.

Yes, I would love to see Barack Obama removed from office. But just seeing him have to defend his actions would be worth it! An indictment or impeachment would force Obama to take the stand and answer to the charges against him.

Everything this President has ever touched is a complete failure. But what makes it worse is that not only does the President refuse to admit failure, but he couldn’t even recognize failure if it slapped him in the face!

Somewhere, there is a Congressman or Attorney General with enough courage to impeach or indict President Obama! There’s no question about it. We just need to find him or her!

Join me in DEMANDING that Obama be impeached and indicted, and together we can fire a shot across the White House’s bow and take the first step towards taking this country back!
