Fellow Non-Perjurer,
It is truly remarkable how Hillary Clinton thinks she can just continue lying without consequence.
Once again, in an interview on Fox News, Hillary Clinton lied over the weekend about her Espionage Act crimes.
The Democratic Nominee was shown a video of the major lies she told under oath:
“I did not e-mail any classified material to anyone on my e-mail. There is no classified materials. I am confident that I never sent nor received any information that was classified at the time. I had not sent classified material nor received anything marked classified.”
We all know the lies by now.
But Hillary Clinton’s response literally made me spit up my coffee.
“Director Comey said my answers were truthful, and what I’ve said is consistent with what I have told the American people, that there were decisions discussed and made to classify retroactively certain of the emails.”
She just can’t stop lying…
It’s just so… false.
James Comey did not say Hillary Clinton’s answers were truthful. Rep. Trey Gowdy dissected all of Hillary’s prior statements and on each, Comey affirmed that Hillary’s statements were not truthful.
What Hillary has been saying is not consistent with what she’s told the American people. Every time the evidence proves she is lying, she amends her statements.
Her argument evolved from “I never sent classified information” to “I never sent information marked classified” to “I never sent information marked classified at the time.” All lies…
And finally, no, the emails were not retroactively classified. James Comey explained, in depth, that Hillary Clinton sent and received emails that were marked classified and information that was inherently classified at the time.
So we can add it to the growing list of Hillary Clinton’s lies.
Ultimately, this won’t do her in. Hillary Clinton can lie to the public and on television all she wants and it still isn’t criminal.
But the same lies that Hillary is spewing now were also delivered to Congress under oath. And that is criminal.
We’re getting a lot of feedback from Congress, especially those in leadership. They are “reluctant” to take the step that needs to be taken. They want to hand the criminal referral over to the FBI and then proclaim that they did all they could do.
They are all talk, no action.
Hillary Clinton lied under oath. The lies were rebuked by the Director of the FBI. Congress has the absolute power to hold perjurers accountable.
To charge someone with Contempt of Congress for committing perjury, it requires just a simple majority vote.
Then, the law requires that the Attorney General impanel a Grand Jury. Loretta Lynch wouldn’t be able to interfere like she did last time…
It’s right there for the taking. All we need is for Congress to honor its oath! And that starts with you demanding it!
We will be the first to admit that this will be an uphill fight. We are talking about charging a Presidential candidate and former cabinet secretary with Contempt of Congress.
But such a charge is absolutely justified.
Hillary Clinton lied under oath. She believes that if she piles on with even more lies, she’ll be able to escape prosecution.
The Clinton’s firmly believe that they live by a different set of rules.
It is up to us… it is up to YOU to prove that they are wrong!
I know you don't want to have to deal with this. I know that you have other things going on in your life.
But I am just going to leave you with this: All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.
