The Obama administration is in full cover-up mode. For the second week in a row, Obama’s State Department has deflected questions about the scandal surrounding Hillary Clinton’s emails.
It’s simple: Every State Department employee is required to sign what is known as an OF-109 form. This form is a legally binding severance agreement where retiring employees promise, under penalty of perjury, that they have turned over EVERY government record in their possession.
For two weeks, reporters have been hounding State Department Spokesperson Jen Psaki over whether Hillary Clinton signed her OF-109 form. And for the past two weeks, the Obama administration has refused to answer this question.
Either Hillary Clinton signed the OF-109 form and committed PERJURY, or she left the State Department without signing everything she was required to. The former is a criminal offense and the latter is just as bad.
We here at Conservative Daily have joined a plethora of other news organizations in demanding that the State Department release whether Hillary signed her OF-109 form. We filed the Freedom of Information Act request. Unfortunately, the State Department has 30-60 days to comply with our request.
We don’t have that much time. If Hillary Clinton broke the law (which it appears she did) then we need to force the Obama administration to release this information NOW! And only Congress can force the State Department to comply and only YOU can force Congress to act!
Hillary Clinton LIED! Demand that Congress subpoena Hillary’s OF-109 form immediately!
It’s simple. Hillary Clinton was required to turn over every government record in her possession on February 1, 2013 (the day she left the State Department).
We know for a FACT that Hillary only started turning these documents over 2 years after she stepped down.
Either she lied on her OF-109 form or she believed she was so above the law that she didn’t need to comply with handing over State Department records.
If she signed the form, then she committed perjury which is a felony according to Federal law. This would prohibit her from running for public office ever again.
If she refused to sign the OF-109 form, then this begs the question of why the former-Secretary of State believes she is above the law.
This might seem like just a technicality, but this single question has the ability to completely derail Hillary Clinton’s presidential run.
For goodness sake, we are talking about a Presidential cabinet member who was required to turn over all of her government records. And instead of actually complying with the law, Hillary’s staff never even read through her emails!
That’s right, no one ever even read through Mrs. Clinton’s emails before deciding which emails were “private” and which were subject to Federal record keeping laws.
Instead of reading the emails, Clinton’s staff compiled a list of “work-related keywords” and deleted every email that didn’t contain them. At the least, this is a bad-faith effort to comply with the law. At the most, this is a deliberate attempt to hide Mrs. Clinton’s email records.
In the words of James Carville, a former-Clinton advisor, Hillary hid her records to stop Congress from “rifling through her emails.”
Enough is enough. Every time someone in the Obama administration is caught breaking the law, the White House enters cover-up mode and tries to stall as long as possible.
The State Department is going to take as long as possible before they turn over Hillary’s OF-109 form. In the end, it will probably require a lawsuit to force the administration to hand over the document. This could completely derail Clinton’s presidential campaign.
We are more than willing to sue the Obama administration in order to get this document. But that could take months and we simply can’t wait that long.
The majority of Americans now believe that this email scandal is a real problem.
It is up to YOU to demand that Congress step in an subpoena Mrs. Clinton’s OF-109 form and all of her emails.
Every day that goes by is another day that the Clinton political machine is able to cover its tracks.
