At the heart of the case against Hillary Clinton is the fact that she illegally stored Classified information in a non-secure environment, outside of its proper place of custody.
From the very beginning, Hillary Clinton has claimed that she never sent or received Classified information. Even when that was proven to be a lie and her legal counsel advised her that it was a lie, she continued to say it. Including when she was under oath.
The latest Wikileaks emails show that her staffers were working behind the scenes to mitigate the fallout from her decision to lie under oath. They even went so far as to contact the White House to encourage the President to use executive privilege to block emails from being released to the public (he did).
The Clinton campaign’s core message has been that even if there was classified information, it shouldn’t have actually been classified. They made that case every chance they could, even to the FBI itself…
New FBI documents show the existence of a quid-pro-quo offering between Clinton aides and the FBI. In exchange for a change in an email’s classification level, the two sides discussed to possibility of giving the FBI more employee spots in foreign embassies.
You scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours…
The FBI just released the documents, under pressure, and they support what we suspected. Here is the relevant paragraph:
“[Redacted] indicated that he had been contacted by Patrick Kennedy, Undersecretary of State, who had asked his assistance in altering the email’s classification in exchange for a ‘quid pro quo.’ [Redacted] advised that in exchange for marking the email unclassified, State [Department] would reciprocate by allowing the FBI to place more Agents in Countries where they are presently forbidden.”
It really doesn’t get clearer than that. In exchange for altering the classification level of one of Hillary Clinton’s emails, a high ranking State Department official and Clinton aide offered to allow the FBI to station agents abroad in more places. As you might remember, Patrick Kennedy was the bureaucrat identified by the House Benghazi Committee as the man who failed to approve Ambassador Stevens' requests for security.
What did Kennedy specifically ask for? He wanted the email to be reclassified as what is known as a "B9" Classified document. This would have allowed him to archive the email in the State Department's basement so that it would never be released to the public.
This is a crime.
“In return for altering the classification, the possibility of additional slots for the FBI at missions overseas was discussed,” Rep. Chaffetz recently explained, "this is a flashing red light of potential criminality.”
Both the State Department and the FBI are pushing back saying that there was technically no “quid pro quo” exchange because the classification level of the document wasn’t actually changed.
That’s not the point.
The fact that this conversation between State Dept. and FBI employees even took place is evidence enough to call the entire investigation into doubt.
As I mentioned earlier, Rep. Chaffetz has announced plans to hold at least four hearings on this.
But Chaffetz is already having to fend off the Establishment. The hearings are tentatively scheduled for the week of November 13th… That is almost a week after the Presidential election.
We have an FBI agent going on record that a State Department employee attempted to bribe him into changing the classification level of one of Hillary Clinton’s emails and the best the Establishment can do is hold a hearing after the election?
Not good enough!
This isn’t a conspiracy theory… This is straight out of the FBI’s own notes from the investigation.
An FBI agent came forward and formally accused a Clinton aide of trying to bribe him into changing a classification level.
This is a crime.
The fact that the FBI wouldn’t investigate this further or pursue charges proves that the whole thing was rigged from the start.
And now the establishment wants to limit any Congressional investigation to after the November 8th election… They have the power to call Congress back into session. They have the power to hold emergency hearings. The Establishment is choosing not to in order to protect Hillary and ensure she wins the Presidency.
You cannot allow that to happen!
