On Tuesday, James Comey spent 12 minutes detailing how Hillary Clinton showed gross negligence in handling classified information. After detailing all of the crimes and dismantling all of her lies, Comey concluded that ‘no reasonable prosecutor’ would indict given the circumstances.
But this morning, Director Comey admitted in Congressional testimony that the FBI did not consider Hillary Clinton’s statements to Congress, under oath, when determining whether to recommend prosecution.
Hillary Clinton lied to Congress no less than THREE times, under oath. When asked why the FBI did not consider this perjury in their investigation, Comey replied that Congress never referred the statements to the FBI for review.
It’s this simple. Force Congress to submit a referral to the FBI and Hillary Clinton could very well be charged with perjury!
When Rep. Trey Gowdy, months ago, asked Hillary Clinton under oath whether she turned over all work related emails, Mrs. Clinton responded, “all my work related emails, yes.”
This morning, FBI Director Comey said point-blank in his House testimony that this was untrue. Thousands of work-related emails were not handed over to the State Department.
That was lie #1.
In another portion of Hillary Clinton’s testimony before the Benghazi Committee, Hillary Clinton declared there was “nothing marked classified on my e-mails”
Director Comey reiterated in his testimony this morning that Hillary Clinton’s previous statement under oath was untrue. There were a number of emails that bore classification marking.
That’s lie #2.
Additionally, Hillary Clinton proclaimed under oath that her legal team “went through every single e-mail” to determine which were work-related and which were personal in nature.
Director Comey confirmed this morning that was also a lie. Neither Hillary, her staff, nor her attorneys read every single email.
That’s lie #3.
Hillary Clinton perjured herself not once, not twice, but three times.
Three strikes and you’re out!
The FBI has said that Hillary Clinton never lied under oath… to them. The only reason that they didn’t take her statements before Congress into account is because her perjury was never formally referred to the Bureau.
In no uncertain terms, the James Comey told the House Government Oversight Committee that if they would like Hillary Clinton’s statements reviewed for law-breaking, they need to be formally submitted.
This isn’t over. Hillary Clinton committed perjury. There is no doubt about it.
The only thing standing between Hillary Clinton and criminal charges is getting Congress to formally submit her testimony for review!
This is completely doable!
