The House Government Oversight Committee just officially voted to hold Bryan Pagliano, the man who set up Hillary Clinton’s illegal private email server, in Contempt of Congress.
This server technician was subpoenaed by the Oversight committee and ordered to appear for questioning. He has every right to refuse to answer questions, but he legally has to chow up.
Pagliano’s legal team announced last week that Mr. Pagliano would not appear before Congress because it would be a waste of time because he planned to plead the Fifth, anyway. So… Mr. Pagliano ignored the subpoena. He blew Congress off.
Now, he faces the consequences.
Now that the Contempt of Congress resolution has left Committee, it will go to a full vote on the floor of the House of Representatives. If the House votes to hold Pagliano in contempt, then the House Sergeant at Arms will have the authority to arrest Hillary Clinton’s server technician and deliver him to the committee pursuant to the subpoena.
There are a lot of liberal, turncoat Republicans in the House. These so-called RINOs have made a career on promising to govern as a conservative only to push a liberal agenda when they think no one is looking.

Bryan Pagliano has every right to assert his Fifth Amendment right to avoid self-incrimination. But the American people have every right to watch this criminal squirm as he pleads the Fifth by reading off the notecard provided by his attorneys.
You see, while the 5th Amendment might protect someone in a court of law, it provides no protection within the court of public opinion.
