The Board of Immigration Appeals within Barack Obama’s Department of Justice just released a new ruling that will allow illegal aliens from Guatemala (and potentially other countries) to gain amnesty, asylum, and even citizenship in the United States if they just claim that they are victims of domestic violence.
ANYONE from Guatemala can now stay indefinitely in the country if he or she claims to be a domestic violence victim.
The problem? This can all be done without a shred of proof or evidence!
It doesn’t matter whether the domestic violence allegations are true or not… As long as Guatemalans follow the script and tell Border Patrol agents and immigration judges that they are domestic violence victims, the federal government will lay down the welcome mat for them!
Barack Obama has instructed each cabinet member to devise ways to circumvent Congress and implement illegal alien amnesty by executive action. This new regulation is the fruit of that labor!
Listen to this because, believe it or not, it gets WORSE!
Under the ruling…
- Guatemalans can now get asylum just by claiming to be victims. They don’t have to show any evidence at all or prove victimhood.
- Any Guatemalan given asylum will be able to get CITIZENSHIP for their children!
- These illegals will gain access to taxpayer funded healthcare, education, and retirement programs.
- This ruling applies to illegals already in the country and any future border crossers.
The real kicker? It doesn’t matter if they are divorced/separated or still living with their spouse/significant other. These illegal aliens can claim to be victims of domestic violence and then gain asylum and amnesty for their entire family, including the alleged victimizer!
And this new DOJ decision will give CITIZENSHIP to children who take advantage of this ruling. The Obama administration is broadcasting to all of Central America that if they get to this country and pretend to be a domestic violence victim, they’ll get asylum and their children will get citizenship!
That’s right: Obama’s Department of Injustice just changed the rules to give illegal alien children citizenship just for claiming to be victims!
Does this make you mad? Does this make you furious?
Are you ready to do something about it?!
It should make you angry! And as if it couldn’t get worse, you can thank yourself for this decision. Or, at least, you can thank your tax dollars!
The DOJ is using your tax dollars to finance illegal immigrants’ legal defenses. The administration is already spending $2 million to pay 100 lawyers to defend these illegal aliens in court. Your tax dollars are being used to find every loophole possible to give amnesty, asylum, and even citizenship to these illegal alien invaders!
So now, thanks to your generous tax donation, Guatemalans have a wide-open path to asylum, amnesty, and citizenship.
The President is having everyone focus on his big amnesty executive order that is supposedly coming any day now. But while everyone is focused on the President, the rest of his administration is quietly changing the rules and regulations to give out amnesty little by little.
Do you think that this ruling will only apply to Guatemalans? Of course not! Sooner or later, the DOJ regulation will be shifted to apply to ALL ILLEGALS, regardless of nationality.
And then, it is game over. If we don’t stop this right now, then the country is completely lost…
I only have one question for you: Are you ready to fight?
Are you ready to put an end to Obama’s amnesty push?
Are you ready to do everything you can to stop Democrats, RINOs, and the Obama administration from surrendering this country to illegal immigrants?
Shaking your head at a computer screen isn’t going to do it… the only way to put a stop to this is to DEMAND that Congress intervene! If we wait for the courts, it will be too late. If we wait for a future President to roll back the ruling, it will be too late.
We elected Congress to represent our interests and work on our behalf. Only Congress can stop this!
When my grand children and great-grand children ask what I did to defend the integrity of this country, my answer will be “everything I possibly could.”
Now is the time to fight!
