Obama’s EPA has just been caught testing dangerous chemicals on… ten year old children.

No, this is not a joke. The Environmental Protection Agency paid the University of Southern California (USC) and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) to conduct an experiment to determine the effects of exposing young children to diesel exhaust.

The question of this experiment was simple: is it harmful for small children to inhale diesel fumes?

The Federal government actually used your tax dollars to subject children and teenagers to prolonged exposure to diesel fumes. Children were specifically chosen because they were seen as more “vulnerable” to the fumes.

The children were forced to inhale these cancer-causing particles for extended periods of time and then researchers examined what damage was caused.

Except here’s the problem: It is settled science that diesel exhaust exposure causes cancer and participants were not given a legally binding consent form.

The EPA sponsored deadly experiments on children. The fact that this isn’t making news is shameful!

Demand that Congress investigate and shut down the EPA!

We learned about these experiments last year but this is the first we have learned that children were exposed to the chemicals.

Former EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson testified before Congress on September 22, 2011 that, “[inhaling] particulate matter causes premature death. It doesn’t make you sick. It’s directly causal to dying sooner than you should.”

This isn’t a matter of Right versus Left… These experiments spanned from 2003 to 2011, under both Bush and Obama. This is story of an out of control government agency that must be stopped!

It is shameful that the EPA conducted these deadly experiments on children. But it is equally shameful that the EPA tried to cover it up! For years, the agency has refused to release the experiment’s documents. They finally caved this past month.

The EPA Inspector General found that the EPA broke the law. Federal regulations prohibit EPA researchers from placing human study subjects at risk of death (which is what happened) and the EPA utterly failed to disclose that their participation in the experiments entailed a risk of death.

And now, we know that the EPA was conducting these experiments on CHILDREN! For God’s sake, what is wrong with this country?

Enough is enough! This out of control agency is willing to kill children in order to bolster its radical environmental agenda.

The Constitution doesn’t authorize the Environmental Protection Agency and it definitely doesn’t authorize conducting deadly scientific tests on children.

Shut it down! Investigate these crimes and arrest the perpetrators!

Demand that Congress investigate and shut down the EPA!
