Biden is purging the Military!
By executive decree, Joe Biden ordered all men and women in the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Space Force, and National Guard to get the Covid-19 vaccine, even if it violates their most deeply held religious and ethical beliefs.
Thousands of soldiers have now been involuntarily discharged from the military for opting out of the experimental vaccine. These are men and women who dedicated their lives to the military. They dedicated their lives to this nation. Many intended to make a career out of their military service and retire. Biden has taken all of that away with just one stroke of the pen...
Last month, Judge Reed O'Connor blocked the Navy from kicking out 35 Navy Seals with legitimate, deeply-held religious objections to the Covid-19 vaccine. The Biden regime responded by appealing the ruling. They are demanding the right to purge the Navy Seals, and the military as a whole.
The Army announced this week that they will immediately begin discharging soldiers who refuse to get the vaccine. They want to carry out this purge before a higher court blocks them completely!
Joe Biden has openly admitted that there is "no federal solution" to COVID-19. That confession alone invalidates every single Biden administration mandate and restriction. If the federal government cannot solve a problem, then it has no right to use the problem as an excuse to violate Americans' rights. The military is no different.
The claim that the vaccine is necessary for combat readiness is absurd considering that multiple Naval vessels have had to be sidelined because the virus took their fully-vaccinated crews out of commission.
But the truly disgusting part of all of this is that the Pentagon is flat-out refusing to grant any religious exemptions. Zero. There are tens of thousands of pending religious exemptions, almost all of which were approved by a Chaplain. But the service branches are now removing these servicemen and women before even ruling on their exemptions...
In Judge O'Connor's ruling, he explained that "The Navy has not granted a religious exemption to any vaccine in recent memory. It merely rubber stamps each denial. The Navy service members in this case seek to vindicate the very freedoms they have sacrificed so much to protect. The COVID-19 pandemic provides the government no license to abrogate those freedoms. There is no COVID-19 exception to the First Amendment. There is no military exclusion from our Constitution."
Joe Biden is flagrantly violating his oath of office by discharging these servicemen and women. He is infringing on their most basic right to practice their religion.
He must be stopped!
Here is the good news: Congressman Thomas Massie (R-KY) has introduced legislation (H.R. 3860) that would stop Biden from removing these servicemen and women. His bill would make it illegal for the military to (1) mandate the vaccine for any service member or (2) punish soldiers who opt out of getting the vaccine. It would also give already-discharged soldiers a pathway to get back into the service (if they want).
And here is the even better news: Congress has one week left to pass a massive spending package in order to fund the government and avoid a shutdown. That will include funding to the Pentagon. Rep. Massie's bill is perfectly-written to be added as an amendment to this spending package.
We have a chance, right here and now, to not only pull the plug on Biden's military vaccine mandate, but also to help servicemen and women who have already had their rights trampled-on.
But the window is closing. You need to take action right now!
