With Biden's vaccine mandate for American businesses now halted by a court order, it is time to fight back against the other vaccine mandates not affected by the 5h Circuit Court of Appeals injunction.
The Pentagon is preparing to kick out tens of thousands of servicemen and women out for refusing to get the Covid-19 vaccine. Almost all of them have submitted a religious or medical exemption request, but we are hearing reports that the service branches are not approving ANY of them...
These men and women answered the call to fight for you. Now, it is time for you to answer the call to fight for them!
More than 10,000 Marines have declined the Covid-19 vaccine. Since the deadline is November 28th, there is no way for any of them to become vaccinated in time. The Marine Corps is now trying to figure out the best way to kick them out.
There are at least 9,500 Airmen who are about to be removed from the Air Force for refusing the shot. The Navy claims that there are 2,000 sailors who are still unvaccinated, with many being among the most highly trained and specialized in the entire branch (such as Navy Seals).
The Army has notified soldiers that if they refuse to get vaccinated, their files will be "flagged," making it impossible for them to be promoted or to reenlist. Their careers will be over.
And as we saw in the National Guard, there is a major fight brewing. Since states control their National Guard units, many are rebelling against Biden's vaccine mandate. The entire Oklahoma National Guard is preparing to become a "State Militia" instead so they don't have to enforce Biden's order.
Again, these are all men and women who volunteered to fight for this country. Now, they are being cast aside for exercising their religious freedom. They need your help!
Luckily, there is a bill that would put a stop to all of this!
Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) has introduced H.R. 3860, a bill to outlaw the military's vaccine mandate. Like so many great bills, H.R. 3860 is only two pages long and consists of only three parts. It would,
(a) Prohibit any Federal funding from being used to mandate the Covid-19 vaccine in the Armed Forces.
(b) Prohibit the military from taking any "adverse action" against servicemen and women who choose not to get vaccinated.
(c) Clarify that "adverse action" is defined as "Retaliation, Punishment, Disparate treatment, a requirement to wear a mask, or a requirement to reside in substandard housing."
The Pentagon would be barred from mandating the vaccine or punishing any soldier who refuses to get it.
There is no time to waste. Since this bill would outlaw the vaccine mandate by targeting the Pentagon's funding, it must be passed in the Defense Department's annual spending bill (the National Defense Authorization Act). Congress has until December 3rd to pass next year's NDAA.
But the vaccine deadlines for the Navy, Marines, and Air Force will have already passed by then. Soldiers in the Army will have already been "flagged" to prevent their promotions or reenlistment.
There is literally no time to waste!
Every single man and woman who serves in the US Military does so voluntarily. They are heroes who are willing to put their lives on the line to protect this nation.
Now, servicemen and women who refuse the vaccine, even for religious reasons, are being forced out. In the Navy, Air Force, and Marines, they are about to be literally kicked out. In the Army, they will be removed when their contract is up.
They need your help and they need it urgently!
They fought for you, now you must fight for them!
