On Friday, the Biden administration filed its first lawsuit to stop new election laws from going into effect. Attorney General Merrick Garland announced he is suing Georgia over the state's new voter ID and election integrity laws.
Georgia's new election law is about as common-sense as it gets. It mandates that drop boxes be placed inside where they can be monitored by election officials and security cameras, outlaws private funding for election offices, bans political parties and organizations from handing out gifts to voters in line, outlaws unsolicited absentee ballots or applications, and it requires voter ID for all absentee ballot applications.
This is all common-sense. Biden and Garland's lawsuit, however, claims it is racist. They are claiming that these laws were enacted to "deny or abridge the right to vote on account of race."
Biden warned that his administration would take action to stop election integrity efforts. Now, he is doing just that.
Georgia's election laws aren't even the strictest in the nation. Joe Biden has voted in Delaware his whole life and that state has election laws that are just as strict as Georgia's new laws..
The Left knows they have no chance of winning if these election security laws go into effect. So, they are weaponizing the DOJ to block them!
We received word last week that the DOJ was gearing up to start shutting down election integrity and security efforts.
Their first lawsuit is in Georgia. Next is Arizona. FBI and DOJ officials are already on the ground and preparing to shut down the audit. As we have covered, the ballot inspection portion of the audit is finished. The only ballots they had left to count were the braille ballots and that ended this week.
Next, the audit will move into the next phases: (1) door-to-door canvassing to investigate "irregularities" like 52 people voting from the same 2-bedroom home and (2) analyzing the data.
The Biden administration says that BOTH is illegal. The DOJ's Civil Rights Division says it is illegal to go door-to-door because it could "intimidate" black voters. They don't care when Democrat ballot harvesters do it. They only have a problem with Conservatives going door-to-door to uncover the fraud...
The DOJ also says it's illegal to analyze ballot photos, scans, or data because that would take the ballots "outside the chain of custody." This is a lie. The Arizona State Senate authorized the audit. They approved the auditors to handle the ballots and they documented the full chain of custody (which will be returned to Maricopa County with the ballots).
The DOJ only cares about "chain of custody" when they can use it against Conservatives. Not one person has been charged in Georgia for hiding ballots under the table and counting them only when all the monitors had left. No one has been charged in Milwaukee for misplacing the USB drive containing the full absentee ballot count. No one has been charged in Detroit for delivering two van loads of ballots in the dead-of-night in unapproved ballot storage containers...
Biden and the Democrats know they have NO shot of winning the midterms if these laws are kept in place and only legal votes are counted.
What Biden is doing is illegal, unconstitutional, and must be stopped!
