He is not MY Doctor! Obamacare already HURTS!
Businesses with more than 50 employees will not have to comply with the Obamacare provision mandating they provide health insurance to employees beginning in 2014. The law is so jumbled, so unpopular and so messed up that the Obama administration is giving businesses a pass for at least another year. This means business will not pay fees if they drop employee healthcare insurance benefits!
Individuals, however, will still be REQUIRED TO PURCHASE HEALTH INSURANCE by January, 2014, or FACE FINES by the IRS.
Businesses made clear their major concerns about the “complexity” of the requirements. But WHO SPOKE for WE THE PEOPLE? We are still stuck with this terrible law until Congress defunds, stalls and repeals it. Tell them to do that, NOW, while we see the skyrocketing costs and still have time before it’s too late!
Ironically, the Treasury Department press release announcing this change was titled, “Continuing to Implement the ACA in a Careful, Thoughtful Manner.” We all know the actual legislation was not passed in anything that could be considered careful or thoughtful, and America’s health industry is suffering for it.
That is why we are keeping up the drumbeat of repeal, and we want to burn-up the fax lines to Congress reminding them that Obamacare is unpopular and needs to be abolished before it’s too late.
In fact, the law is so bad, the Obama administration is spending millions of dollars of taxpayer money trying to sell it to the same “folks” who think it’s bunk. The administration has approached Hollywood, hoping to get Obamacare storylines written into television shows. They tried to get the NBA and NFL players promote the law and they said NO. California is spending millions—one million dollars in Los Angeles County, alone—to promote Obamacare to students, who can then go home sufficiently propagandized and sell it to their parents.
And last weekend, the American Library Association said they would be happy to help sell Obamacare to the American people. Jackie Garner, an HHS official in Chicago said, “Libraries are where everyone goes to ask questions and find answers.” There are 17,000 libraries that could take part. It will smack us in the face when we log in at the library and a window comes up with an Advertisement for Obamacare.

Congress needs to seriously comb over this nightmare and defund it, for starters. Then, they need to work on repeal. The individual has absolutely no option open to them, not since the administration fought all the way to the Supreme Court. But now, after some businesses (and liberal-darling unions!) began to complain, suddenly, the administration is going to change the way the law is implemented.
Obamacare is so bad they’re spending money on Public Relations campaigns and sending officials out to recruit supporters, even though unions are revolting against it, doctors are leaving practice, hospitals are closing, research is showing premiums are rising AND the law remains unpopular with the American people.
The phrase “train wreck” has been used by Republicans and Democrats alike to describe it. Nothing about this sounds promising and parts of may even be illegal. This is a great time for an Obamacare repeal, the momentum is on our side. Members of Congress must be put on notice: Obamacare is terrible for America, we are committed to fighting it, and we must hold them accountable for their actions relating to it.
And the biggest motivator to repeal this law….THE IRS IMPLEMENTS and PATROLS IT!
