The CCP is Trying to Break US Hegemony using Political Influence
Secretary Granholm's previously undisclosed private meetings with a CCP-connected energy official, coinciding with a matter of national security, raise serious questions about the level of influence the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has on the Biden administration.
Instead of focusing on creating real energy independence for America, the Biden administration has been too busy parroting Chinese energy propaganda and insisting, "we can all learn from what China is doing."
These previously undisclosed meetings occurred mere days before the US moved to release oil from its Strategic Petroleum Reserve. The Biden administration's top energy official, US Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm, met with the top Chinese Communist Party official, China National Energy Administration Chairman (Zhang) Jianhua.
Then, the White House announced an astonishing record-setting release of 50 million barrels of oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve.
How likely is it that they discussed plans to release oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve with the CCP before its public announcement?
The Department of Energy (DOE) stated that the meeting was broadly part of the agency's effort to combat climate change and did not share details.
The Biden administration has sold at least two million barrels of oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserves to the CCP-controlled China Petrochemical Corporation affiliate, putting the US at a greater national security risk while bolstering China’s strength, controlling an estimated 950 million barrels.
Coincidentally, Zhang and Hunter Biden are linked to the Sinopec Marketing Company subsidiary, also known as China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, a CCP-owned oil and gas enterprise. Hunter Biden’s private equity firm, BHR Partners, invested approximately $1 billion into Sinopec Marketing Company, increasing their stake to 30%.
