It has been more than six weeks since Joe Biden delivered his divisive speech demanding that all Americans get vaccinated. He announced then that he would impose a Federal vaccine mandate on all businesses employing more than 100 workers.
Over the last six weeks, we have seen companies start to impose that mandate on their employees. However, technically, Biden hadn't actually ordered anything. There was no actual regulation.
This posed a huge problem for stopping the executive order because without a written order from the administration, proving that the government was forcing businesses to mandate the vaccine, it was impossible to attack it on constitutional grounds. Essentially, companies were just doing it on their own and the US Constitution doesn't govern private corporations.
Well, that was then. Yesterday, OSHA submitted its first draft regulation to the Federal Register, kicking off the process. This is good news, believe it or not, because if there is a federal regulation, that means we can kill it!
There is a way to overturn federal regulations and prohibit the government from ever imposing it on the American people again: it is called the Congressional Review Act.
The CRA allows a simple majority of each chamber of Congress (51 Senators, 217 Congressmen) to overrule a federal regulation. Nancy Pelosi wouldn't be able to block it, Chuck Schumer wouldn't be able to block it, and Joe Biden wouldn't be allowed to veto it.
We need to continue to fight for other legislation, like the We Will Not Comply Act, but that bill would require 60 votes in the Senate to move forward. We will get there and every day, the pressure builds and we get closer to passing it. But right now, we can kill Joe Biden's executive order and we only need 5 Democrats to flip in the House and for 1 Democrat to flip in the Senate. That is how close we are!
We saw over the weekend how catastrophic Biden's vax mandate is. Southwest Airlines was forced to cancel around half their flights. Even more vaccine mandate protests are being planned in other areas of the economy too.
What Biden is doing is unconstitutional. Nowhere in the constitution is the Federal government given the power to force Americans to inject something into their bodies. Multiple court cases are moving forward, but we can't afford to place our trust in the courts. We need to take action ourselves!
The fastest way to kill these regulations is through the Congressional Review Act. But it is up to YOU to demand the vote!
