This week, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky made a startling confession. While appearing on "Special Report with Brett Baier," Walensky was asked whether she supported making the Covid-19 vaccine mandatory at the Federal level.
"That's something that I think the administration is looking into. It's something that we're looking to see approval of from the vaccine. Overall, I think in general. I am all for more vaccination. But I have nothing further to say on that except that we're looking into those policies."
Last month, I warned you that the Biden administration was preparing to make the Covid-19 vaccine mandatory in the US Military starting in December. Last week, Biden announced that the VA would require that all of its employees be vaccinated as well. Shortly after, the White House announced that ALL Federal employees and contractors would be forced to get the vaccine as well.
Each time, I warned that if Biden was not stopped, it would only get worse. Well, now it has. From the CDC Director's own mouth, Biden's team is now studying how to force ALL Americans to get the vaccine.
Here at Conservative Daily, we have always held that it is up to each American, in consultation with their doctor, to decide whether the vaccine is right for them. But Biden has different plans: Compulsory vaccinations for all Americans. He must be stopped!
This is flagrantly unconstitutional. It would violate Americans' 1st Amendment rights by forcing them to get a vaccine they do not want and violate their 5th Amendment right to privacy. Nowhere in the Constitution is the Government given the power to force Americans to inject themselves with anything.
America was founded to give the Federal government just enough power to keep the American people safe. Government exists to bring order to anarchy. It replaces the "eye for an eye" justice found in anarchy and creates a system where offenders are held accountable.
American colonists agreed to give up a minimal amount of their liberty and freedom to accomplish this. The Bill of Rights exists to make sure government understands that the American people retained most of their rights. Nowhere in the Constitution is the Federal government given the power to inject Americans with anything.
The 9th and 10th Amendments stipulate that any power not given to the Federal government is reserved to the People and the States. Certain states, like Massachusetts, maintain that they have the authority to force their citizens to get vaccinated. Most states do not have any forced vaccination laws on the books, meaning that it is up to Americans to decide whether they want to get vaccinated (which is the way it should be).
Biden, however, wants to seize a new power for himself and for the Federal government.
He started with the Military because he knew he could get away with it. Now, he is forcing all Federal employees to get vaccinated and there was nary a peep from Congress. Biden thinks he is untouchable so now he wants to force all Americans to get vaccinated, even if it is against their will.
He MUST be stopped!
