We have been warning that this day would come. Now, it is here... Democrats have introduced legislation - what they are calling the Judiciary Act of 2021 - to pack the Supreme Court by immediately giving Joe Biden FOUR new nominations.
If you consider John Roberts to be a conservative, though few do nowadays, the Supreme Court has a 6-3 Conservative majority. Democrats know that simply adding two new Justices to the bench wouldn't really change anything. The Conservative bloc would still have a majority... That is why they are pushing to add four new Justices.
This is a coup. This is nothing but an attempt by the Left to seize control of the final branch of government.

Joe Biden is pretending to want to "investigate" the issue. Biden has created a Presidential Commission on the Supreme Court to study the issue and come up with "recommendations" on how to reform the Supreme Court.
But the Democrats just revealed the whole commission to be a sham. They are introducing the bill BEFORE the commission even submits its recommendation. They jumped the gun...
We warned that Democrats were not going to wait. They want to rush this through immediately. And now, we are starting to see how they plan to do it...
Rep. Mondaire Jones (D-NY) - one of the co-sponsors of the bill - came out with a ridiculous statement proclaiming that "Supreme Court expansion is infrastructure." No, that is not a joke. He actually said that.
The reason is simple. The Parliamentarian is now allowing Democrats to bypass the filibuster in the Senate to pass an infrastructure bill. So, Democrats are redefining the term "infrastructure" to include pretty much everything in their agenda. If Democrats can redefine Supreme Court packing as "infrastructure," then they can pass their bill without needing a single Republican vote!
This is an attempted coup. Leftists are trying to seize the last branch of government that they do not control.
