Last night, Donald Trump called Joe Biden out directly for his role in the FBI's attempt to spy on him and his aides.
"So when I listen to Joe talking about a transition, there has been no transition from when I won. I won that election. And if you look at crooked Hillary Clinton, if you look at all of the different people, there was no transition, because they came after me trying to do a coup. They came after me spying on my campaign. They started from the day I won, and even before I won. From the day I came down the escalator with our first lady, they were a disaster. They were a disgrace to our country, and we’ve caught them. We’ve caught them all. We’ve got it all on tape. We’ve caught them all. And by the way, you gave the idea for the Logan Act against General Flynn. You better take a look at that, because we caught you in a sense, and President Obama was sitting in the office. He knew about it too. So don’t tell me about a free transition..."
Trump was absolutely correct. According to Peter Strzok's handwritten notes, Joe Biden asked James Comey to investigate Michael Flynn for violating the Logan Act, a 1799 law that has NEVER been successfully prosecuted.
Biden recommended that Comey take this approach because career officials in the FBI had decided to close the Michael Flynn investigation due to a lack of evidence. It was Joe Biden who recommended that they use the Logan Act as an excuse to keep the investigation open.
We know this happened because James Comey relayed the details from the meeting to Peter Strzok, and he wrote it down in his notes. Now today, James Comey testified before Congress that Joe Biden did NOT instruct the FBI to investigate Michael Flynn in any particular manner.
We have now heard from everyone who was present in the "By The Book" January 5, 2017 White House meeting except for Barack Obama and Joe Biden. Everyone else is telling a different story as to what happened in that meeting. Joe Biden has even publicly denied he was in the room.
The American people deserve the truth and the only way to get that is to force Barack Obama and Joe Biden to both testify!
Another bombshell part of James Comey's testimony this morning was that he admitted that Barack Obama held him back after a meeting privately to receive an update on the Michael Flynn investigation. Instead of being hands off, the way that Susan Rice claimed Obama was, Comey admitted that Obama held him back to receive a personal update on the investigation.
We also know that it was Joe Biden's recommendation of a Logan Act investigation that gave Peter Strzok the greenlight to re-open the Michael Flynn investigation to continue listening in on his phone calls.
This scheme to go after the incoming Trump campaign was hatched inside the Obama White House and literally went all the way to the top. Everyone who was in the room has now testified... except for Obama and Biden.
It is certainly an unusual step to call the former Vice President and President in to testify before Congress, but these are exceptional circumstances. This is the first time that the President and Vice President have ever been personally implicated in an attempt to spy on the incoming administration.
The only question left is whether or not they should be allowed to get away with it...
Donald Trump tried to force Joe Biden to answer for what he did during last night's debate, but Chris Wallace stepped in to protect Biden from the questioning. Biden has refused to answer the questions when they are posed by reporters.
The only way to get an answer out of these criminals is to issue a subpoena and place them under oath. Congress has the power to do this, but it is up to YOU to demand it right now!
Force them to testify!
