This is a bombshell. Congress has just acquired some of the drafts that James Comey wrote in the lead up to his decision to exonerate Clinton. In a May 2, 2016 draft, after compiling all of the work that the FBI had done, Comey wrote in his draft statement,
"There is evidence to support a conclusion that Secretary Clinton, and others, used the email server in a manner that was grossly negligent with respect to the handling of classified information."
That means the FBI discovered evidence Clinton committed a crime. Two months later, Comey had miraculously changed the words "grossly negligent" to "extremely careless." This is a really important distinction. Gross negligence was the exact crime she was being investigated for. The FBI determined that she was guilty.
Listening to Comey's speech last year, it seemed like he was going to recommend a prosecution. The entire speech detailed what laws Clinton broke. Then at the end, he called her "extremely careless." We are learning that this was a last minute edit made by Comey himself to save Clinton from prosecution.
She was guilty, the FBI knew she was guilty, and even Comey's draft shows he thought she was guilty. Yet, at the very last minute, he intervened to let her off the hook.
A pattern is emerging showing that the Obama Justice Department and FBI repeatedly let Clinton crimes go. Despite overwhelming evidence of their guilt, on multiple occasions, the investigations against Hillary and Bill were simply disbanded.
This draft memo the Senate Judiciary Committee acquired shows that Comey, and potentially others in the Obama administration, put their fingers on the scale to help the Clintons. But that wasn't the only time.
We also know that there was an open investigation into the Uranium One deal. The Obama DOJ was actually looking to prosecute businessmen involved in the Uranium sale on bribery charges. They had an informant who helped them bring charges against low-level players in the deal. Then, the informant revealed evidence that the Clintons broke the law as well. All of a sudden, the investigation was shuttered and Loretta Lynch and the rest of her cronies threatened to arrest the informant if he leaked the evidence he had on the Clintons.
Does this sound like justice?
We also just learned today that the Podesta Group, a lobbying firm founded by John Podesta -- Hillary Clinton's campaign chairman -- actually worked on behalf of the Russians. They were paid almost 200k to lobby on behalf of the Russian State Corporation for Nuclear Energy, which wanted to purchase American Uranium rights. The Podesta Group never filed paperwork as a foreign lobbyist.
Paul Manafort forgot to file his paperwork for work he did for Ukrainians and now he is being charged with a crime. Podesta did literally the same thing, only with the Russians, but he is able to get off scot free because he's connected to the Clintons.
Just to recap: The Clinton Foundation received 145 million from investors who benefitted from the Uranium One deal, Bill Clinton received a half million to give a speech to a bank involved in the deal, and now we know the Podestas were paid as well... Why isn't there a full investigation into this?
That may change soon. In addition to the Conservatives in Congress calling for a full investigation, moderate Republicans like Lindsey Graham are also starting to demand a Special Prosecutor as well. Even Clinton's former advisor Doug Schoen is now admitting on television that the Clinton crimes deserve a Special Prosecutor.
President Trump is demanding that these crimes be fully investigated but Jeff Sessions refuses to get involved and his number two, Rod Rosenstein, won't touch it.
Only Congress can now hold the Clintons accountable for these crimes and only YOU can force them to!
We know for a fact that FBI documents labeled Clinton's crimes as "grossly negligent." That alone means FBI agents believed she broke the law.
We know for a fact that an FBI informant had evidence proving the Clintons were accepting Uranium One bribes and all of a sudden, the Obama administration threatened to throw him in jail.
We know for a fact that it was Hillary's own campaign chairman who illegally profited by lobbying for the Russians so they could buy America's Uranium reserves.
And yet, Congress is doing nothing. The Establishment wants desperately to overturn the 2016 election. They started the investigation against Trump, not because there was evidence of crimes, but because they wanted to take him down by any means necessary.
Now, we have Paul Manafort being charged with a decade-old tax crime and reports are that Michael Flynn will be charged for work he did on behalf of the Turkish government. Nothing to do with Russia at all.
Meanwhile, all of these Clinton criminals remain free.
The tides are turning. More and more people are waking up and demanding a full investigation and prosecution. Even Lindsey Graham, who is hardly a Conservative, is now demanding a Special Prosecutor to look into these many Clinton crimes.
We are so close to victory. But we can't let up now!
