The Trump-Russia conspiracy theory was always a lie. Donald Trump is not a Russian spy. We have known that for years.
For some reason, however, the Obama administration decided to investigate the accusations anyway. That investigation expanded and expanded, before finally prompting the appointment of Robert Mueller as a Special Counsel. We knew that Robert Mueller learned early on that there was never any evidence of collusion, but he kept the investigation going in an attempt to find some excuse - any excuse - to prompt Trump's removal from office.
We knew that Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, and Andrew McCabe hatched their Trump-Russia investigation as an "insurance policy" in the event that Trump won the Presidency. We know that the Obama administration asked to be briefed on the investigation's progress.
We know that the White House meetings were out of the ordinary that right before leaving office, Susan Rice sent herself an email memorializing the conversation and swearing that Barack Obama told the FBI to only investigate Trump "by the book." We learned from Comey's notes that it was Vice President Joe Biden who recommended that the FBI use the Logan Act - a 1799 law that has never been successfully prosecuted - as an excuse to continue spying on a Trump advisor.
I can literally go on and on. We knew that it was crooked from the start, but we could never prove it. Every investigation has found that while the players involved were obviously biased against Trump, there was never any evidence that the investigation was started for political reasons... until now.
President Trump just declassified two documents proving that the bogus Trump-Russia hoax was a Clinton Campaign smear from the start and that President Barack Obama was personally briefed on Clinton's plan to use Russia to distract from her email scandal.
The first declassified document was a memo from the CIA to James Comey and Peter Strzok, informing them both that the Clinton Campaign planned to hatch a conspiracy theory that Donald Trump was a Russian agent in order to distract from the Espionage Act investigation into Clinton for her mishandling of classified emails.
The CIA reported "U.S. presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s approval of a plan concerning U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump and Russian hackers hampering U.S. elections as a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server.”
Just last week, James Comey testified that he had 'no recollection' of this memo informing him that the Trump-Russia conspiracy was created by Hillary Clinton to divert attention from her own legal troubles. Regardless of whether Comey remembers (he seems to be having a lot of selective amnesia these days), he was briefed on this scheme. Strzok was briefed as well. So when Strzok went to Comey asking for approval to expand the investigation into Trump and Russia, Comey said yes knowing that it was nothing but a hoax...
The second declassified document is far more damaging. Trump declassified former CIA Director John Brennan's handwritten notes memorializing a meeting he held with Barack Obama where he briefed the President of "a proposal from one of [Clinton's] foreign policy advisers to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security service,” which was “alleged approved by Hillary Clinton.”
Language is important. Brennan didn't brief Barack Obama on findings or a report. He briefed the President on a "proposal" from the Clinton campaign to "vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal" and went out of his way to make sure Barack Obama knew that Hillary herself had given her nod of approval to the scheme.
Next, Obama asked to be briefed on how the investigation was going. We know this because Peter Strzok and Lisa Page texted each other about being asked. He did not shut it down. He let Peter Strzok put Hillary Clinton's plan into action.
In fact, after the FBI concluded that there was no justification to keep the investigation going, Barack Obama brought James Comey and Sally Yates into the White House and instructed them to keep investigating anyway.
For years, we have covered Barack Obama's lawlessness and his refusal to abide by the Constitution. But for the first time, we have smoking gun evidence. This wasn't a "by the book" investigation. Barack Obama was briefed that this was a Hillary Clinton "proposal" to smear Trump, he went along with it.
At the very least, this is a violation 18 USC Section 242 because Obama participated in a scheme to deprive someone of their rights under the color of law. At most, Barack Obama was involved in a seditious conspiracy (18 USC Section 2384), a felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison. And there are a whole host of criminal statutes that fall in between.
The FBI won't touch him. It was FBI Director Wray who was blocking these bombshell documents from being released. Only Congress can issue a criminal referral directly to the US Attorney's office, and it is up to YOU to demand it!
With the exception of Obama and Biden, everyone else involved in this scheme has already testified under oath that politics had nothing to do with their Trump-Russia investigation. Some of them have even denied, under oath, any coordination between them and the Clinton Campaign.
They all lied. These documents show that this was a political smear. Clinton wanted to distract the public from the fact that she violated the Espionage Act and decided to press the ludicrous conspiracy theory that Donald Trump was a Russian agent.
The CIA knew about the Clinton Campaign's scheme. The FBI knew about it. Even Barack Obama was briefed on Clinton's "proposal." They all went along with the plan and engaged in the biggest political crime in modern history.
The need to be held responsible. John Durham has put his investigation on pause until after the election. As I mentioned, the CIA and FBI have spent years trying to block these two documents from being declassified. The FBI refused to investigate the traitors in their ranks.
It is up to Congress to hold these traitors accountable. And only YOU can demand it!
Our goal today is to bombard Congress with a half million FaxBlasts demanding they hold these criminals accountable and refer them to the US Attorney's office for prosecution. But we can't do this without your help!
