Earlier this year, President Trump made the bombshell allegation when he tweeted that the Obama administration had wiretapped Trump Tower to spy on him and his aides.
"Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my "wires tapped" in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism!"
The mainstream media immediately pounced. They accused Trump of lying. Obama officials like James Clapper and Susan Rice went on TV and accused Trump of simply making it up.
Then, we learned that Susan Rice did, in fact, "unmask" Trump officials caught up in international surveillance. Rice admitted to Congress that she spied on the Trump transition because she wanted to know what the Trump team was discussing with foreign leaders. She didn't like that Trump was cutting Obama out of these international discussions, so she spied on President-Elect Trump.
The mainstream media rushed to her defense and claimed that technically, her decision to spy on Trump didn't qualify as a "wiretap."
Well, now multiple news outlets are reporting that the Obama adminstration did wiretap former-Trump Campaign Manager Paul Manafort's residence in Trump Tower, before and even after the election.
The Obama administration literally spied on the Trump campaign. That is how much they wanted to ensure that Hillary Clinton won.
No more games. No more waiting.
James Comey testified before Congress, under oath, and was asked point-blank whether Trump's wiretap claim had any merit.
"With respect to the President's tweets," Comey told Congress, "I have no information that supports those tweets. We have looked carefully inside the FBI."
This is in addition to Comey's other lie, where he told Congress he only decided to exonerate Hillary Clinton after she was interviewed, which we now know to be a total lie.
Comey isn't the only one who lied about this. Former-DNI James Clapper has called President Trump a liar on a weekly basis, Susan Rice has repeatedly denied the accusation, and a spokesperson for Barack Obama even called the accusation of wiretaps ludicrous.
But the fact is, Trump was right all along. The Obama administration did wiretap Trump Tower to spy on his former-campaign manager. We know that this espionage reached at least as high as Obama's cabinet. It is simply impossible for the National Security Advisor and FBI Director to approve plans to spy on Trump Tower without Obama knowing about it. So the real question is, what did Obama know and when did he know it?
James Comey lied under oath, yet again. Congress has the statutory authority to hold him in contempt for these lies and hold him criminally accountable. Then, Comey will have a choice: does he take the fall or rat on Obama?
The Obama administration militarized the intelligence establishment to spy on the Trump campaign and transition team. This is criminal.
Trump Tower was wiretapped in an attempt to spy on Trump's campaign. That is criminal.
After he won the election, Susan Rice "unmasked" Trump officials in intercepted communications because she wanted to know what the new administration's policies would be. That is criminal.
And then, they all lied about it. For the ones who lied about this under oath, that is criminal as well.
It's time to drop the hammer.
It's time to lock them ALL up!
