Tomorrow is the big day. The Supreme Court will finally hear the case against Barack Obama's unconstitutional illegal alien amnesty executive order.

Barack Obama tried to push an amnesty bill through Congress in 2013, but the bill didn't have enough votes and failed. That should have been the end of it.

But Obama decided to go it alone. He signed an executive order to not only protect hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens from deportation, but Obama also granted them work permits. This was a gross abuse of Presidential authority. 

When Donald Trump took office, he signed an executive order revoking Obama's directive. Trump's position is clear: It is against the law to enter the United States illegally and against the law for illegal aliens to work in the United States. Trump promised to enforce the law as written.

Liberals sued to stop Trump from shutting down Obama's amnesty program and activist judges halted the President from moving forward. Yes, you read that correctly. Liberal judges declared that the President is not allowed to enforce our immigration laws as-written.

All this time, Republicans said they supported the President. Don't forget, the GOP spent years suing the Obama administration to get the amnesty program shut down. You would think they would be happy that President Trump was finally doing it.

But now that the Supreme Court is set to hear the case, the Republican Establishment is panicking. They never actually intended to shut the amnesty program down and now they are terrified it could actually happen!

For the last 4 years, we have seen the GOP abandon most of their campaign promises. Go down the list: illegal immigration, gun control, refugee admissions, Planned Parenthood funding, UN/Foreign Aid funding, etc. On every one of these issues, the GOP has abandoned their campaign promises and started running to the left.

This is what they think it will take to save their careers. These GOP cowards have become convinced that the only way to keep their jobs is to start voting like Democrats...

And for some reason, they are now convinced they need to make Barack Obama's amnesty program permanent before the Supreme Court shuts it down. That alone qualifies as the biggest betrayal we have ever seen.

But here is the problem: Democrats see how desperate the GOP is to pass an immigration surrender bill. Just a couple years ago, the Democrats would have jumped at the opportunity to make Obama's amnesty program permanent. But now that the GOP has shown its true colors, the Left thinks they can get Republicans to surrender even more...

Nancy Pelosi has now notified the GOP that Democrats will only vote to pass H.R. 6, the American Dream and Promise Act. They will not vote for any other immigration bill. Take it or leave it...

H.R. 6 is, by far, the most radical immigration bill ever proposed.

First of all, the legislation would more than triple the size of Barack Obama's unconstitutional amnesty program. Instead of being capped at 700,000 illegal aliens, H.R. 6 would grow to offer amnesty to more than 2.5 million illegals. And instead of simply making Obama's program permanent, it would expand the program to include a "pathway to citizenship" for illegal aliens. 

More than 2.5 million illegals would be eligible to become United States Citizens. If this passes, Texas and Florida would become blue states. It would make it next to impossible for a Republican to ever win the White House again...

But believe it or not, it gets a lot worse. The illegal aliens in Obama's amnesty program needed to have clean criminal records. H.R. 6 would grant amnesty and citizenship to illegal aliens as long as they do not have more than 4 misdemeanor criminal convictions.

That is not an exaggeration. This bill is literally designed to turn illegal alien convicted criminals into American citizens. It would create at least 2.5 million new Democrat voters. Any illegal alien who has committed 2 or fewer crimes would automatically qualify for the program. Illegal aliens who have been convicted of 3 or 4 crimes would go on probation before they could be offered US citizenship.

Pelosi has told the GOP that this is the only legislation that Democrats will vote for. Instead of telling the Left to pound sand, these GOP traitors are agreeing to pass it!

The GOP is so terrified of losing power that they are now agreeing to pass a bill that gives illegal aliens American citizenship, even if they have multiple criminal convictions.

And now that the Supreme Court is hearing the case tomorrow, the GOP and Democrats want to rush this through!
