Here we go. Today, Amy Coney Barrett's confirmation hearings begin.

The good news is that it looks like Senator Mike Lee has recovered. He announced last week that he had tested positive for COVID-19. Today, he is attending the hearing in-person, which is excellent news.

But we are already seeing the Democrats' scheme starting to play out. They are claiming that Judge Barrett will kill people by overturning Obamacare. They are accusing her of being "too Catholic," with some even claiming that she was a member of a radical religious cult.

Democrats have even suggested - without any evidence - that Judge Barrett illegally adopted her two Haitian children, In other words, they accused her of kidnapping and child trafficking.

They are so desperate to stop Barrett from being added to the bench, they will do and say anything to stall the process.

But they don't actually need to block Barrett to stop her from being added to the bench. They know that they only need to delay the vote a couple of days in order to stop Barrett from being confirmed before the election!

The Trump campaign has been winning a string of major court rulings across the country. Democrats had tried to rewrite election laws in states like Wisconsin to give Democrats an extra week to collect mail in ballots. That is how radical these rulings were. If you wanted to vote in person, the deadline was set at 8pm on Election Day. But early voters would have extra days to deliver their ballots to the local election offices...

Many of these rulings are being overturned at the Appeals Level, but not all of them are being reversed. What that means is that there is a "Circuit Split." When two Appeals Courts disagree on the same issue, it gets expedited to the Supreme Court to deliver a nationwide ruling.

But what that means is that we are in a race against the clock to fill the vacant Supreme Court seat before one of these challenges reaches the Highest Court.

It is also vital that the seat be filled because Joe Biden has already promised to challenge the election if he loses. His campaign has hired 600+ lawyers to challenge results in all 50 states if necessary. Remember how controversial Bush v. Gore was in 2000? Imagine if a similar case reaches the Supreme Court and the Justices are unable to issue a ruling because of a 4-4 deadlock. That would plunge the country into a constitutional crisis.

But there are other cases making their way to the Supreme Court as well. Remember the ruling from earlier this year? Where the Supreme Court ruled it was constitutional for Nevada to re-open casinos but keep churches closed? More religious liberty cases are coming before the Supreme Court. With Barrett on the bench, we have a chance to reverse that unconscionable ruling and restore freedom of religion in this country.

There are also a DOZEN gun rights cases that are waiting for Supreme Court consideration. We know that the Conservative Justices have held off on choosing a new 2nd Amendment case because they know Roberts will vote with the Liberals. If these cases are introduced in a Supreme Court Conference without Barrett there to vote for them, we will be forced to wait years before more gun rights cases make their way to the Supreme Court...

Democrats know that they only need to stall this process a couple of days in order to block Barrett from being seated in time to hear these cases.

With Senator Thom Tillis still sidelined Covid-19 and Senators Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski already signalling they plan to vote No, Democrats only need to flip one more GOPer and the confirmation will be dead in the water.

That is why they are fighting so hard... They know they only need to flip one of the spineless GOPers.

That is where you come in! You MUST rise up and put pressure on Congress to confirm Amy Coney Barrett as soon as possible!

In order for Amy Coney Barrett to be confirmed, this will have to be one of the fastest confirmations in history. It is definitely doable, but any delay -- even for a day or two -- could prevent Barrett from being seated in time to hear these important cases.

Remember during the Kavanaugh process when spineless Republicans pumped the brakes and demanded more time to consider the bogus allegations against him? If Republicans delay even a little bit, there will not be enough time to fill the seat before the election. There is no room for error here.

We are already seeing Republicans' resolve starting to buckle. That is why it is so important for you to rise up right now and FORCE them to confirm Trump's nominee!
