Obama doesn’t want to deport illegal aliens. He wants to let them live in the United States and take advantage of American taxpayers.
Word out of the White House is that Obama plans to suspend all deportations stemming from illegal aliens caught in traffic stops. This is the first glimpse we are seeing of Obama’s planned illegal alien amnesty executive order!
It is estimated that this would save 50,000 illegal aliens from deportation every year. And we aren’t just talking about illegal aliens caught speeding… This executive action would grant amnesty to illegals caught drunk driving and even those who accused of hit-and-run!
You might remember that Barack Obama’s own uncle, Onyango Omar, is an illegal alien who was caught drunk driving. You might also remember that despite admitting what he did, Uncle Omar was able to avoid deportation.
This man was in the country illegally and was caught driving under the influence of alcohol. An American would probably get their license suspended and maybe even see jail time…
But Uncle Omar wasn’t thrown in jail, nor was he deported… He told the judge he was the President’s uncle and all of a sudden his past transgressions disappeared…
Well, now Obama wants to do this on a massive scale. It doesn’t matter if an illegal alien is speeding, driving without a license, drunk behind the wheel, not insured, or even if they end up hurting someone… illegal aliens will no longer have to fear for deportation if they are pulled over while driving!
As mentioned, it is estimated that this will stop 50,000 deportations a year and for people like Marcos Santiaga Bautista, this couldn’t come at a better time.
This past Thursday, two young children were struck by a Ford Explorer while waiting for their school bus. One minute they were minding their own business and the next, Mr. Bautista had run them over with his SUV.
Unfortunately, these types of tragedies are far too common. Last year, Cinthya Garcia-Cisneros – an illegal alien – ran over and killed two small children while they were playing in a pile of leaves. She may have been convicted of felony manslaughter and hit-and-run, but an immigration judge intervened and stopped her deportation. Under Barack Obama’s DACA executive order, this woman was free to remain in the United States.
The fact that an illegal alien can commit such heinous crimes and avoid punishment and deportation is absurd. But Obama wants to make this the standard for ALL illegals!
It turns out that Marcos Bautista was already wanted for skipping out on his immigration/deportation. He is just one of the tens of thousands of illegal aliens who are caught by law enforcement and released on the “honor system” to show up for a court date.
Mr. Bautista ran over two small children, ages five and ten, while they were waiting for the school bus. He then fled the scene. When police caught up with him, he was charged with a myriad of violations, including leaving the scene of an accident, felony passing a stopped school bus, not having an operator’s license, failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying fictitious registration.
This man is now in police custody and is slated for deportation. But under Barack Obama’s plan, this illegal alien would be spared! Under Obama’s upcoming amnesty plan, Marcos Bautista would not be deported after what he did!
Police would likely be barred from looking into immigration statuses and prosecutors would be forbidden to prosecute motor vehicle violators for immigration crimes.
The only reason that this new plan is going to go into effect is because Congress is too spineless to stop it! Obama and his liberal allies in Congress are able to get away with this because YOUR legislators are too afraid to do anything about it!
If Congress doesn’t act now, illegal alien criminals like Marcos Bautista and Cinthya Garcia-Cisneros who run over children would be let go…
If Congress doesn’t act now, illegal aliens will be able to get behind the wheel drunk without fear of prosecution…
It’s up to YOU to hold Congress’ feet to the fire and force them to stop this Liberal amnesty scheme. Right now, they are too afraid to intervene. YOU need to make sure they remember that with the election coming up in a month, they have more to fear from you than anyone else.
Now, more than ever, you need to put the fear of God into these politicians… we all do… Barack Obama has made it known that he plans to implement his illegal alien amnesty executive order right after the midterm elections. That means you’re running out of time to stop this madness!
