We got them. We finally have the evidence we need to start hauling Deep Staters in to testify and answer for their crimes.
As the Office of Inspector General began investigating the investigators, there was a panic within the Mueller probe. IG Horowitz was investigating whether Peter Strzok and other Mueller officials were biased in their handling of the investigation. As you remember, Horowitz found that Peter Strzok was absolutely biased against the President, but could not prove that his bias influenced his work in the FBI...
During this investigation, Horowitz demanded that Mueller officials turn over their government-issued cell phones for inspection. This was how he was able to go through the text messages between Strzok and his lover, Lisa Page.
However, at least 27 times, the Mueller team says they either accidentally or intentionally wiped the phones clean, deleting all data, before the Inspector General could examine them.
That's right, when the Inspector General began investigating the investigators, they turned to the "Hillary Clinton Defense:" They deleted the evidence and claimed it was an accident...
It is pretty obvious that this was no accident. It was an attempt to obstruct justice by destroying evidence!
I want to explain how idiotic of an excuse this is. We went through the documents and found 27 times that the Mueller team claimed evidence was lost because phones had been miraculously wiped clean.
Most of the time, the Mueller crew claimed it was accidental. How is that possible? How does an FBI agent accidentally delete all of the data on their government-issued phone?
They claimed that they lost their passwords... That's right, after using the phones for months, once the Inspector General began investigating their actions, these "career intelligence officials" suddenly forgot the four digit password in order to unlock their phones.
In case you don't know, most smartphones have a security feature that automatically erases the contents of the phone if someone enters the wrong password ten times in a row. Each time a wrong password is entered, there is a cool down timer that forces the user to wait before trying again. It takes, at a minimum, 1 hour and 21 minutes for someone to enter ten wrong passwords. This wasn't an accident, it was a deliberate attempt to destroy evidence...
When Mueller's team went after George Papadopoulos, they charged him with a felony for simply deactivating his Facebook account and upgrading his phone. Here we have proof that the Mueller investigators erased 27 phones once the Inspector General started peeking around.
Where are the charges? Where are the subpoenas?
Lindsey Graham went on Fox News last night and stated that he was furious, but also hopeful that these Deep State criminals will ultimately be held accountable. He promised that there would be new developments "in about 10 or 12 days." What Graham neglected to mention is that as Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, he has the authority to subpoena each and every one of these Deep State criminals, force them to answer for their actions under oath, and then refer them to the US Attorney's Office for prosecution. He has been promising to do this for three years, but nothing has been done.
There is no way trained federal agents could accidentally erase the contents of their phones this often, and considering that this came after the Inspector General opened his investigation, this surely wasn't a coincidence.
But the GOP refuses to subpoena them. They are refusing to even launch the investigations. The Democrats currently have DOZENS of investigations against Trump in the House. They have even taken their fights all the way to the Supreme Court. But the Republican cowards won't even issue subpoenas...
The crimes are very easy to list. By destroying evidence that they knew would have been vital to ongoing or potential investigations, these Mueller criminals violated 18 USC § 1519, a crime punishable by up to 20 years in prison. Add up the 27 counts, and you are talking about a combined potential sentence of up to 540 years.
Then there is 18 USC § 2071, ironically one of the crimes that Hillary Clinton was investigated for violating. Anyone who "willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys... any record... shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 3 years." Add up all of the individual records and documents that the Mueller team willfully destroyed and multiply that by 3 years per document. The maximum prison sentence becomes astronomical.
All of these people have also testified under oath and before the Inspector General that they did nothing illegal. We know that was a lie. 18 USC § 1001 states that each one of these false statements is punishable by up to 8 years in prison.
Then there are the actual crimes committed during their witch hunt. We know that they fabricated evidence and lied to the FISA Court in order to renew their surveillance warrant against Carter Page. One lawyer has already pled guilty to lying to investigators, but he also admitted that he wasn't the only Mueller official who knew the truth and chose to lie to the FISA Court in order to keep the witch hunt going. They didn't just listen in on Carter Page's phone calls. They listened in on phone calls made by Page's associates, and also listened in on calls made by associates of his associates. Hundreds of people had their right to privacy violated by corrupt FBI officials who cared more about removing Trump than obeying the Constitution. Each one of those violations is criminal. It is known as "Deprivation of Rights Under Color Of Law" commonly referred to as "Abuse of Power" and is found in 18 USC § 242. Each one of these violations of Americans' rights comes with a prison sentence of up to one year.
These are just four statutes that Mueller officials could be investigated and prosecuted for violating, and this is only based on publicly available information. Add up all of the crimes and their potential prison sentences, and the potential sentences far exceed a combined 1,000 years behind bars.
But the GOP doesn't want to touch any of it. Cowards like Lindsey Graham and Ron Johnson have promised for months that the criminals involved in this witch hunt would be subpoenaed, forced to testify, and referred for prosecution. But like always seems to be the case, they are stalling. They are trying to run out the clock, either in the hope that you forget or someone else does their job for them.
Enough is enough. The Mueller team was notified by the Inspector General that they were under investigation and the destroyed evidence that would have been useful to that investigation. We are supposed to believe that the so-called "best of the best" in the FBI and DOJ all suddenly forgot the passwords to their phones and then had no choice but to delete the contents.
Enough is enough. We are launching a MASSIVE campaign today to bombard Congress with 1 Million FaxBlasts demanding that they subpoena and investigate these criminals. Any Congressman or Senator who lacks a spine will be replaced with someone willing to do what is necessary to uncover the truth.
