Although Obama promised the planet would begin to heal the moment he took office, he and the Al Gore crowd continue to maintain that we are all destined for a hot, fiery death if we don’t change our ways and address our warming planet.
Apparently he didn’t possess the magic powers he thought he did—because Obama continues to claim that global warming is real and must be addressed immediately, and as usual, without the input of Congress. What happened? Wasn’t the threat supposed to end the moment he was inaugurated?

Many scientists (outside of the U.N.) have declared the Earth is not warming; in fact, the “No Cap and Trade” group claims that as many as 31,000 disagree with the idea that climate change is occurring.
A series of emails uncovered almost three years ago from the University of East Anglias Climate Research Unit (CRU) in Norwich, England show a deliberate effort by scientists to hide the truth from the public:
- From Kevin Trenberth on the failure of computer models: The fact is that we can’t account for the lack of warming at the moment and it is a travesty that we can’t.
- From Tom Wigley on getting rid of someone who disagrees with them: If you think that [the dissident] is in the greenhouse skeptics’ camp, then, if we can find documentary evidence of this, we could go through official AGU channels to get him ousted.
- From Michael Mann on withholding data: I’ve attached a cleaned-up and commented version of the matlab code that I wrote…I did this knowing that Phil and I are likely to have to respond to more crap criticisms from the idiots in the near future, so best to clean up the code…don’t pass it along where it may get into the hands of the wrong people.
And those are only three examples of the massive cover-up.

Only 24% of Americans claim to know what “cap and trade” really is, because the administration has done everything it can to hide this massive wealth redistribution scheme from the public.Cap and trade is an energy tax. It is a way to cripple businesses and individuals and enact a global plan of regulations and control over the way you live.
It is a way to dangle a regulatory carrot in front of businesses and say, “if you meet these regulations, you won’t have to pay a carbon emissions tax.” But there is no standard. There is no, pardon the term, “cap” on how much those taxes will be, or what those emissions limits are.
And even worse, even Obama’s own people within the EPA admit that enacting any of the standards they are pushing will NOT cut down on CO2 levels!!
It’s a tax just for the sake of a tax, because the data … that is flawed to begin with … says it will not work!

And, Join the Conversation on FacebookSenator James Inhofe (R-OK) has done the math and says Obama’s energy tax will cost households in his state an extra $3,000 a year. And, he says, it will not decrease emissions but instead, increase them: “If we were to have and cap and trade in the United State of America, it would have the affect of increasing CO2 emissions, not decreasing it, because of our manufacturers would have to go where they can generate energy. And that would be to places that don’t have any emission restrictions at all.”
He also points out that “cap and trade” goes by another name—and that name is “sustainable development.”
Here is where “cap and trade” goes beyond simply punishing industry. The U.N. is actively pushing Obama to enact Agenda 21, which is a global government program that will force American cities and states to implement regulations that will change the way citizens live, drive, build, and even procreate.
Through Agenda 21, the United Nations is infiltrating American cities with a program that dictates what kind of property you can live on, how many children you have, where, when and how you can travel, what kind of car you drive, whether or not you can fish or hunt and in what location. Anything and everything that you do that may possibly affect the environment—which of course, is anything and everything you do—will be under the control of the United Nations.
And George Soros, not surprisingly, has put a lot of money into making sure Agenda 21 gets implemented in cities and towns across America.
Sen. Inhofe warns, “If you’re talking about either cap and trade or sustainable development - that’s what the United Nations came up with, and that’s what they’ve been using all this time and they’re of course the founders of this thing. That would be - it is redistribution of wealth between individuals and between countries, primarily between countries.”
“And how do they do that - they do it through regulating emissions.”

And Obama is, unsurprisingly, the U.N.’s hero. At a December, 2009 U.N. conference on climate change, the Center for Biological Diversity presented a paper entitled, “Yes, He Can: President Obama’s Power to Make an International Climate Commitment Without Waiting for Congress.”The U.N. has no respect for our system of laws, and neither does Obama.
Climate change regulations are coming to a city near you unless we stop Obama and the EPA from this power grab!
Word came a few days ago that Obama is working with Hollywood to incorporate pro-Obamacare messages in its TV shows so keep a look out for global warming terror messages appearing on your favorite sitcom in the near future.
We have been subjected to propaganda (“An Inconvenient Truth,” anyone?) and a global warming hysteria crowd that’s taken it on the road (U.N. conferences) and all eyes are on the “world’s” President to make something happen.
We are a wealthy country. (At least, we were before Obama took office.) Open up your pocketbooks because YOU are the sustainability the world can believe in. YOU are the world’s problem, as well as its solution.
The way you have lived your life has, according to the liberals, contributed to the planet being in grave danger. If you will only reform your ways and seek redemption through cap and trade, you can reverse the damage you have done.
And Barack Obama is going to tax, toll and regulate you to see that happens, until you and this nation are nothing but an empty shell.
Speak up now and make sure Congress knows you will not stand for this, not in the United States of America.
