The Trump administration is now closing ALL asylum applications at the border. Forget catch and release... forget Return to Mexico... The government is just turning them all away. With the Coronavirus panic, the United States simply cannot afford to take in anyone else.

But there are still a ton of illegal aliens already in the United States. And yesterday, we learned a little more about who those people are. The Federal government revealed that last year, apprehended illegal aliens were responsible for over 1,900 homicide/murder charges. The illegal aliens that ICE caught were linked to over 1,800 kidnapping cases, 12,000 sex crimes, 45,000 assault crimes, 67,000 drug crimes, and 10,000 gun crimes. These numbers include charges and convictions. That is a LOT of criminals...

Which is what gets me to the core of today's campaign. The ACLU has filed a lawsuit in Federal court in Seattle, Washington demanding that the Trump administration begin releasing detained illegal aliens from detention centers because of the risk posed by the Chinese Coronavirus.

The ACLU says that the virus is too dangerous to keep these illegal aliens locked up. While the lawsuit deals directly with Washington State, Leftists are hopeful that the 9th Circuit judge they are assigned will issue them a nationwide injunction.

Right now, there are just shy of 40,000 illegal aliens in US custody. Thanks to the President's Remain in Mexico policy, practically all of the illegal aliens in Federal detention right now have or are suspected of having criminal records.

I just laid out precisely what illegal aliens get arrested for in a given year. The illegals in lock-up are far from angels.

But if the ACLU gets its way, they will all be released into American communities...

And here is the terrifying thing: Their lawsuit could actually succeed. A judge has not yet been assigned, but there is a reason they filed this in the 9th Circuit. They know that this gives them the best odds of getting an Obama or Clinton appointed judge.

This has been the Left's strategy on every immigration fight. While Trump has won most of those fights once the cases reached the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court just announced this week that the Justices are going into quarantine and will not hear new cases until the summer, at the earliest.

So, if one of these liberal 9th Circuit judges is able to issue this kind of ruling and release all detained illegal aliens, it would be weeks or months until we would be able to get that ruling overturned.

That is why I am sending this call-to-action out today. We must work together right now and put pressure on Congress to STOP this madness before it is too late!

This is not a joke. Leftists are actually trying to use the Chinese Coronavirus as an excuse to get illegal aliens released from detention. Not only would such an order result in currently detained illegal aliens being released, but it would prevent the Trump administration from apprehending and detaining any additional illegal aliens.

Quite simply, this lawsuit seeks to reimpose catch-and-release on the country and is using the Chinese Coronavirus to try to do it...

We can stop this... We can stop this right now...
