This is so despicable.
As we have reported, the United Nations is lobbying Congressional Democrats to give them more taxpayer funds. The UN claims that the additional funding is necessary so that they can fund the World Health Organization (which is part of the United Nations).
President Trump cut the W.H.O.'s funding after they were caught helping China cover up the truth about the Coronavirus. He redirected the 500 million in funding to American healthcare providers instead.
As you read this, Democrats are scheming to not only restore this cut funding, but increase it as well.
Pelosi has promised the United Nations that she will increase their funding, and the UN is already acting like the money is in their accounts...
UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres announced this week that the United Nations is launching a new assault on what they call Covid-19 related "hate speech." That's right, in the midst of everything going on, the UN is using YOUR taxd ollars to go after your 1st Amendment rights!
The UN now says they plan to work with government and tech companies to "end hate speech globally."
What are some examples of the "hate speech" they want to ban?
They want to outlaw phrases like "Chinese Virus" or "Wuhan Flu." Scientists have been naming diseases after their places of origin for hundreds of years. But this time, the UN says it is racist to point out that the virus came from China. And definitely don't even think about calling it "Kung Flu"...
It's easy to laugh at this, but the UN is actively working with American cities and states to implement this kind of policy. Just this week, the City of San Antonio -- the 7th largest city in America -- announced that it was following the UN's lead and banning any mention of "Chinese Virus" or "Kung Flu" inside the city limits. The City Council urges residents to report anyone who says these phrases so they can be investigated by police for hate speech violations...
But the UN doesn't want to stop there. They also want to make it illegal to link Covid-19 to open immigration. Remember, it was the UN and WHO that called Trump a racist for shutting down travel from China. The UN now wants to crack down on countries that "vilify" migrants by closing their borders. For years, the UN has been trying to force the Trump administration to let unvetted migrants and refugees into the country. Amazingly, they are still fighting to force us to re-open our borders...
President Trump announced last month that he was pausing immigration into the United States. With a record number of Americans unemployed, it makes zero sense to import foreign workers into the United States. But the UN is trying to force us to import foreign workers anyway, calling it a violation of international law to close the borders...
Enough is enough. Whenever the United States has given funding to the United Nations, they have used that funding to try to undermine our sovereignty and chip away at our rights. This is no different.
You CANNOT let the Democrats get away with restoring and increasing the UN/WHO funding that Trump has cut!
Pelosi is promising that her phase four stimulus bill will include the biggest UN funding increase we have ever seen.
This is what the Far Left has chosen to prioritize. At a time when tens of millions of Americans are out of work and suffering, the Left wants to send even more foreign aid funding overseas...
The GOP has already caved once on this. They agreed to approve 760 million in foreign aid in the last stimulus package.
Unless you hold their feet to the fire, the GOP is going to cave to Pelosi again!
