Drip, drip. More emails were released from Hillary Clinton's private email server and, what a surprise, they contain classified information.
At least 29 emails out of the latest batch of 300+ were found to contain classified and national security information. These were emails that Hillary Clinton never turned over to Congress or to the State Department. They were recovered off her private server and off of Anthony Weiner's laptop by the FBI.
When Hillary Clinton testified before Congress - under oath - that she had turned everything over, she was lying through her teeth. The release of these 29 previously unknown classified emails proves that.
We also learned that former Attorney General Loretta Lynch put her thumb on the scale and interfered in the Clinton investigation. She instructed James Comey to stop calling the Clinton investigation an "investigation." Instead, Lynch instructed James Comey to refer to it as a "matter." Sure enough, when Comey spoke with reporters days later, he referred to the investigation as the Clinton "matter."
The Obama administration was never going to let the FBI/DOJ investigation into Clinton's emails go too far. Those aren't my words, those are the words of one of the DNC's political operatives. A memo was circulated to DNC officials assuring them that Loretta Lynch would never allow Hillary Clinton to be prosecuted. The FBI covered the memo up and lo and behold, Lynch declined to prosecute.
The criminal investigation may have been compromised but the Congressional investigation is still ongoing!
Last week, the House Science, Space, and Technology Committee referred Hillary Clinton's server technician to the DOJ for prosecution. He refused to comply with a Congressional Subpoena so they are recommended that he be prosecuted.
So we know that the investigation is still ongoing.
Hillary Clinton lied before Congress. She said that she had turned everything over and we are still receiving new evidence, almost weekly, proving that she broke the law.
President Trump showed a lot of grace. I vehemently disagreed with his decision not to prosecute Clinton, but I can at least understand why he did it. He wanted to let the country heal.
What is Hillary Clinton doing now? Yesterday, a video was published showing Clinton declaring that she is taking up the mantle of "the resistance." She didn't fade away into obscurity. She is actively trying to undermine President Trump at every turn. She took his good will and shoved it back in his face.
All she had to do to stay out of prison was just to go away. Now, we're hearing rumblings of the case being reopened.
This is not going to be easy, but it is absolutely imperative that Congress intervene!
