For former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen, that means indicting him for tax crimes relating to his taxi company. For Paul Manafort, that means charging him with not paying enough taxes back in 2005, more than a decade before the 2016 election.
But Mueller's prosecutors aren't doing too well. This week, Reagan Judge T.S. Ellis made Mueller's prosecutor Greg Andres cry in open court. That's right: Mueller's prosecutor got so overwhelmed, he cried.
During a heated back and forth, Judge Ellis actually entered into the record that Andres (shown above) was crying.
"I understand how frustrated you are. In fact, there's tears in your eyes right now," Judge Ellis proclaimed.
After Andres denied it, Judge Ellis said, "Well, they're watery."
This is straight from the court transcripts and came after Judge Ellis caught the Mueller attorney making facial expressions to try to unfairly influence the jury.
Did you hear this from CNN or MSNBC or any other mainstream news outlet? No. They're too busy pushing the same conspiracy theories that the 'walls are closing in around Donald Trump.'
This isn't even the worst of it. Robert Mueller's key witness -- Rick Gates -- had a horrible day on the stand. Not only did he admit to lying to the Special Counsel, but he actually lied under oath in open court!
The judge even called Gates out for perjuring himself on the stand. Gates first said that he had never lied to the Robert Mueller's team, then admitted that he did it once. Judge Ellis jumped in "Well, so previously, you said you didn't provide false information."
They are resting their case against Trump's former campaign manager on the uncorroborated word of an admitted criminal and liar, someone who couldn't even testify for half an hour without perjuring himself.
But, you see, Mueller doesn't care. He has only one goal: destroy President Trump, no matter what it takes!

Mueller sees that his plan is falling apart, so he is going for the kill. Mueller is now demanding that Trump be interrogated and answer every question Mueller has.
This man thinks he is the most powerful person in the country.
We know that the Trump campaign didn't collude with the Russians. That was nothing but a Hillary Clinton fabrication to explain away her embarrassing election loss.
In the 35 indictments that Mueller has brought so far, not one alleges any coordination between Americans and Russians to influence the election. Not one.
Instead, Mueller is channeling his inner Josef Stalin. In the USSR, Stalin had a saying: You show me the man and I'll show you the crime. There was no such thing as 'innocent until proven guilty.' If Stalin wanted someone in prison, he made it happen. Either he had them investigated until he found something to lock them away for, or he would just invent the charges out of thin air.
Robert Mueller is following this Josef Stalin playbook and President Trump is the target, no matter what the evidence says to the contrary!

The Mueller team is now giving Donald Trump an ultimatum: sit for an interrogation or Mueller will keep the investigation going through the midterm elections.
Mueller isn't even interested in asking Trump about Russia. He wants to go after the President for firing James Comey, someone who the non-partisan DOJ Inspector General found deserved to be fired.
Mueller and his team of angry Democrats are out of options. So they want to try one more Hail Mary play to force President Trump to sit for an interrogation. Otherwise, they're threatening to slow-walk the investigation through the midterms and beyond.
The whole purpose of the Mueller probe was supposed to be investigating outside influences on American elections and here he is, threatening to do the same.
Enough is enough.
Rep. Ron DeSantis is a rising star in the Republican Party. He just won the Republican Nomination to become Florida's new Governor. But until then, he is still in the Congress and is refusing to back down!
DeSantis is demanding a vote on his one-sentence-long amendment that would pull all funding from Robert Mueller and his team. The premise is simple. Since Mueller is unable to present any evidence of collusion -- what the investigation was created to prosecute -- then the witch hunt would be immediately defunded.
"None of the funds made available by this 2 Act may be used to fund activities pursuant to Department of Justice order 3915-2017."
That is the DOJ order that appointed Mueller. If this amendment is successfully slipped into a spending bill and passed, Mueller wouldn't even be able to get his team coffee and doughnuts!

Mueller's witch hunt has gotten out of control. His prosecutors are apparently so unprepared, they're crying in open court and his key witness against Trump's former campaign manager can't even go half an hour without perjuring himself.
Now Mueller is demanding that Trump agree to be interrogated? Absolutely not!
I don't particularly like Paul Manafort or any of the other Trump aides that Mueller is going after. But I do know that the Obama administration was investigating Manafort and decided there wasn't enough evidence to prosecute. Even the Obama DOJ knew better than to launch a political prosecution against Donald Trump's campaign manager.
After seeing Mueller's "star witness" crumble on the stand, it's clear that Mueller didn't have enough evidence either. But he is so determined to destroy the President of the United States, he doesn't care.
People's lives are being ruined because of this witch hunt and after 2+ years, not one collusion charge has been filed. It is time to shut it down.
