It is now confirmed. The funding for the small business loan program will expire at the end of this week. In just two days, the loan program will run out of funding. American businesses will go bankrupt and American workers will lose their jobs.
Nancy Pelosi confirmed that she will not allow the funding to pass until the GOP agrees to the Left's funding demands. We have covered what the Leftists want added to the bill. They want bailout funding for illegals, protections for Planned Parenthood, the Green New Deal pushed through...
But they are also now demanding 150 billion in unrestricted funding for cities. That is an important distinction. The last round of stimulus funding told towns and cities what they could and could not use the funding for. But Democrats are now demanding that this new round of funding be unrestricted.
Los Angeles just announced that they are sending bailout money directly to illegal aliens. Other cities have announced that they are going to be helping bailout Planned Parenthood and other abortion clinics. We have seen cities force gun stores to close and arrest citizens who protest their unconstitutional orders. Once states get unrestricted bailout funds, they would be able to use them to expand and defend their unconstitutional crackdowns.
That is why it is so dangerous to hand out unrestricted aid funding. Leftist cities will use it to push their radical agenda items.
Democrats know that they won't be able to push through all of their radical agenda items this time. So, they want to give cities and states a blank check to implement them on their own!
Pelosi is literally threatening to condemn American businesses to bankruptcy unless the GOP agrees to fund these radical leftist programs.
Nancy Pelosi has sent Congress home. Unless the GOP caves to her demands in the next 48 hours, the stimulus program will run out of funding. Since it will take 24 hours to get all of the Congressmen and Senators back to DC, that means that a deal will have to be struck TODAY.
GOPers like Susan Collins and Mitt Romney have spent the past couple of days "negotiating" with the Democrats. They are trying to figure out a way to cave to Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer's demands.
We are out of time. If you want to stop Democrats from pushing through their radical demands, it has to be right now!
This will all get decided today.
The GOP will either bow down to the Left's demands, or they will hold the line. And millions of American workers and companies' futures lie in the balance.
Democrats know they are this close to getting what they want. They are this close to forcing Republicans to bow down to their demands.
Now is the time to fight back!
