Breaking News: GOP traitors are scrambling to restore funding to the United Nations' radical climate treaty!
When President Trump withdrew from the United Nations' radical climate treaty last summer, that was supposed to be the end of it. Since Obama had never had the treaty ratified by Congress, it wasn't binding. That meant that a future President would have been able to void it at will.
Trump did that. But the United Nations refused to let the United States leave. UN lawyers announced that the United States would be forced to stay in the treaty until November of 2020, the day after the next Presidential election.
President Trump didn't pay that much mind. His order cut off the Obama-era funding for the radical treaty. That was a huge victory.
But then, Republicans in Congress started stabbing him in the back. Senators Lamar Alexander, Susan Collins, and Lindsey Graham voted in the Senate Appropriations Committee to undo Trump's cuts and restore the funding to the UN's Green Climate Fund, the agency that manages and enacts the treaty.
They were going out of business because of Trump's cuts. Congressional Republicans teamed up with the Left to save the UN's radical climate agenda.
The UN used that funding to rewrite the treaty's rules and this week, 200 nations gathered in Poland to announce that the UN Climate Treaty would now be strictly enforced worldwide. Do you see that picture above? That is the President of the UN's Climate Change Conference dancing on the table when the new stricter rules were finalized.
Like clock work, the UN is ordering that Trump make good on the billions in funding that Obama had promised them. And Congressional Republicans are going to give it to them...
We are only in this situation because Congress re-funded the UN's climate body last year. They gave the UN the funding, even after Trump announced his cuts.
Now, the GOP is going to do it again. The proposed State Department Appropriations Bill would increase US taxpayer funding to the United Nations and its radical programs.
The United Nations is demanding that Congress make good on the 3 billion that Obama had promised them. They are furious because President Obama was only able to handover 1 billion before Trump took office. The UN was going to use that funding to prop-up third world countries and modernize their industries. They were going to give YOUR taxdol.lars to countries like India and China to help them compete more with the US.
Under Obama's plan, you were going to help these countries steal even more jobs from the United States. President Trump saw through this redistribution scheme and cut off the funding. But Congress started it up again behind closed doors.
Now, they're preparing to restore all of Obama's funding and they're doing it this week!
You have to stop them!
President Trump ran on a promise of putting America first. The Obama-signed UN climate treaty's goal is to put America last.
These spineless traitors in Congress will keep trying to sabotage the President's agenda as long as they think they can get away with it. They're not doing it out in the open. They know better than that. They're doing it in backroom meetings and obscure committee votes. They are slipping this amendment into the next round of spending bills -- which will be thousands of pages long -- and hoping you won't bother to read through it all.
We are running out of time to stop this!
The United Nations promised that they would stop President Trump from withdrawing from their climate agenda. They swore that they would do everything they could to keep the United States in the agreement.
What we didn't know is that the sabotage would come from within.
