Last week, bombshell evidence was revealed showing that Joe Biden and Barack Obama led the charge in pressuring the FBI to investigate Gen. Michael Flynn using a false pretext.
James Comey was in the room where the Obama administration discussed investigating Michael Flynn, but had previously refused to say who brought up the idea of using the Logan Act to do it.
The Logan Act is a 1799 law that makes it a crime for everyday citizens to negotiate with foreign governments on the United States' behalf. In 220 years, it has never been successfully prosecuted because it is an obvious violation of the 1st Amendment's free speech protections.
And yet, somehow the idea was floated in that January 5, 2017 White House meeting to investigate Flynn using this bogus law. While Obama administration officials went out of their way to keep the name of the traitor who made this recommendation a secret... until now.
By court order, the DOJ/FBI were just forced to release exculpatory evidence they hid from Flynn's legal team that proved his innocence. And in that trove of never-before-seen documents was a handwritten note by none other than Peter Strzok himself admitting that JOE BIDEN was the one who told the FBI to launch this bogus witch hunt!
Peter Strzok, the FBI agent who ran the bogus Trump-Russia investigation, wrote this note to memorialize a conversation he had with James Comey about what was said in that January 5th meeting. The note is not a complete transcript of what happened, but included the main takeaways from how Comey recounted the conversation.

It was Joe Biden who brought up the idea of using the bogus Logan Act as the pretext for launching the investigation. And we saw that instead of criticizing the Vice President for inserting himself in the investigation, Obama gave Biden's order credence by admitting that "these are unusual times." We then know that Obama told Comey to follow Biden's lead and make sure he put the "right people on it."
Instead of putting this in the hands of non-partisan investigators, Comey immediately tasked the most anti-Trump agent in the FBI -- Peter Strzok -- with running this new witch hunt.
Biden and Obama are now directly implicated in this criminality.
What crime, you ask? 18 USC Section 242: Violation of Rights Under Color of Law. This statute applies to any government official that abuses their power to violate someone else's rights.
Michael Flynn was investigated without cause and ambushed by FBI agents who implored him not to get the lawyers involved. The notes taken by those interviewing agents were later "lost" by the FBI and re-written to claim that the agents believed that Flynn had lied to them (he didn't). During the trial, the DOJ hid exculpatory evidence from Flynn's legal team and threatened to prosecute Michael Flynn's son unless he pled guilty to a crime he never committed.
There has never been any doubt that Michael Flynn's rights were violated. The only question was what government official(s) were culpable. Well, now we know: it was Joe Biden and Barack Obama themselves!
Everyone else who was in that room has already testified under oath, either to Congress or the FBI, about what took place. We knew that Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates admitted she was caught off guard by the White House's demand that they investigate Flynn. We also knew that whatever was actually said in that meeting was so illegal, that Susan Rice raced to her computer just minutes before Trump arrived at the White House on inauguration day and sent herself an email memorializing that no laws were broken and Obama only wanted Flynn investigated "by the book." Now, Strzok's handwritten note implicates Obama and Biden directly.
Barack Obama and Joe Biden are the only two principals in that meeting who have not been forced to answer for their actions. It is time for them to answer for their crimes.
Congress has an obligation to investigate this criminality and to hold the architects of this illegal investigation accountable.
I want to be clear: you were never supposed to see Peter Strzok's notes. The FBI was under a court order to hand over this evidence to Flynn's legal team and they tried to hide it. You were never supposed to know that it was Joe Biden who told the FBI to use the Logan Act and Barack Obama who gave them the green light to try it.
But now you know the truth, and with that knowledge comes a responsibility to act!
