We expected that Biden's radical nominees like Merrick Garland would ultimately be confirmed. But based on his testimony this week - advocating gun control, refusing to call illegal immigration a crime, and proclaiming that Antifa aren't terrorists of they attack a federal court house at night - we hoped that at least one Democrat would recognize he was unfit to serve.

It is still possible that a Democrat could oppose Garland's nomination. But even if that happens, he will still be confirmed.

Why? Yesterday, Mitch McConnell proclaimed that he will vote for Merrick Garland. He was asked whether he supported Garland's nomination and he gave just a two-word response: "I do."

When Jeff Sessions was confirmed, he only got one Democrat vote (Manchin of West Virginia). When Bill Barr came up for a vote, just three Democrats voted for him. For all of their flaws - and there are many - the Democrats know how to stick together.

Most Republicans, however, are spineless. They say one thing to get donations and votes and then do the opposite. We are hearing that there will be significant GOP support for Garland, an anti-gun, pro-illegal immigration Judge.

This week, the National Republican Senatorial Committee, the GOP's fundraising arm, sent out a fundraising letter declaring that "the Republican Civil War is now cancelled." What he meant by that is that we should all sit down, shut up, and support the GOP traitors who keep stabbing Conservatives in the back…

The "Republican Civil War" - the fight to purge these traitors from leadership positions and remove them from office entirely - is not over. It is just beginning.

What we have witnessed over the past three months from the Republican Party is disgusting. They fundraised tens of millions on a promise to investigate and fight voter fraud, only to turn around and declare anyone who believes Joe Biden was illegitimately elected to be threats to democracy, conspiracy theorists, and even "domestic terrorists."

When it came time to challenge the Electoral College results and enter all of the evidence into the Congressional Record, the GOP stabbed us in the back again by hijacking the time to denounce anyone who questioned Joe Biden's legitimacy.

When Democrats filed a new bogus impeachment charge against Trump, without holding a single evidentiary hearing or calling a single witness, not only did the GOP let the trial continue, 7 Republicans joined the Left and voted to convict Trump of inciting a riot… even after they watched the clip of Trump calling for people to protest peacefully…

Now that Biden is trying to fill the cabinet with the most radical nominees we have seen in years, making Obama look moderate by comparison, the GOP is rolling over again to rubber stamp his agenda.

This reminds me of 2009. After Obama won, the GOP became defeated. They let Obama's nominees sail through. Eleven nominees sailed through with unanimous, near-unanimous, or voice votes. Just to put it in perspective, Hillary Clinton was confirmed on a 94-2 vote…

We all know what followed. The Tea Party rose to prominence, swept Democrats out of power, and turned Obama into a lame duck President. But it wasn't just a movement aimed at taking down Democrats. The Tea Party also took down the very Establishment Republicans who rolled over to Obama.

This is what we must do again. But before we can remove these traitors from office, we must force their removal from leadership positions. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and House Republican Conference Chair Liz Cheney must be removed from their respective positions. And it is up to YOU to demand it!

McConnell and Cheney have proven that they are unfit to hold any leadership position. And the people agree.

McConnell had 70% approval among GOP voters going into November. Today, it sits at just 41%. Only 22% support Liz Cheney.

The Establishment is finished. They are dead men (and women) walking. The only question is whether we allow them to spend the next couple years calling the shots.

That is a risk we simply cannot afford…

We almost had Cheney removed last month. The majority of House Republicans signed a petition for her to be removed from leadership. But when the vote was held behind closed doors, the establishment threatened Conservative members and Cheney was able to squeak by…

Now the GOP wants us to accept these traitors.
