The leadership of United Nations organizations tends to rotate between countries. Every now and then, the United States is tasked with nominating someone to head up one of the UN's agencies for a few years.
It just so happens that Trump gets to nominate someone to lead the United Nations' International Organization for Migration (IOM).
You can't write a better script. The man who ran on a campaign promise to stop the United Nations from placing unvetted refugees into America now gets to pick the person who will lead that agency.
Trump has chosen Ken Isaacs, a former VP at Samaritan's Purse. If you don't know, Samaritan's Purse is a charity that provides relief to Christians being persecuted around the world.
There is a reason that Trump chose Isaacs. During the Obama years, Christian refugees were completely ignored. Almost all refugees brought into the US were non-Christians, even as Christian communities in Iraq and Syria were being eradicated.
President Trump changed that. He set the refugee cap at 45,000 and this year, international monitors predict that US refugee admissions will not even reach half of that quota. This is what happens when you implement extreme vetting...
The result is that more persecuted Christians are now being brought into the United States and when Ken Isaacs is confirmed to run the UN International Organization for Migration, those policies will be applied worldwide.
Democrats are absolutely losing their minds over this and are now blocking Isaacs from being confirmed. If they stall long enough, the United States will lose its ability to run the UN's migration agency. That is their goal.
They must be stopped!
The Obama administration implemented a pretty sinister plot in its final last years. Knowing that Congress wouldn't get on board with Obama's reckless refugee plans, they started givingaway taxdollars to the UN IOM. Then, like-minded bureaucrats could implement Obama's policy globally.
The head of the UN International Organization for Migration gets to decide how to spend 1 billion dollars, most of which comes from hardworking Americans.
Ken Isaacs has said that when he gets to his post, Christians will have a voice again. The Democrats are terrified of this.
So, they are blocking Isaacs from getting his confirmation vote. What is even more shameful is that Mitch McConnell and the GOP leadership are allowing them to block the nomination.
We are running out of time.
Right now, the UN is actively trying to force unvetted refugees onto the United States. United Nations bureaucrats have even started working on ways to declare illegal aliens "refugees" so that the Trump administration would be forced to let them stay.
At every turn, the United Nations is trying to keep Obama's dangerous refugee policies in play. Now, Democrats are blocking Trump from putting an end to this madness.
Do you know why Mitch McConnell and the GOP are letting the Left do this? Because they know that most Americans don't know what the United Nations International Organization for Migration is. They know that this isn't a hot button issue. They would rather give in to the Left than anger them.
It is up to you to prove them wrong! It is up to you to FORCE McConnell to bust through the Left's blockade and hold votes on ALL of Trump's nominees!
Across the board, Obama holdovers are trying to sabotage the Trump administration. The only reason they can is because Chuck Schumer and the Democrats are blocking their replacements from being confirmed.
The UN migration agency is still being run by Obama's allies. That means they are still trying to force unvetted refugees down our throats. Democrats know that if they run out the clock, then the United States' turn at running the UNIOM will be up.
Persecuted Christians around the world finally have an ally in the White House. Trump is trying to do the same with the United Nations, but Democrats are blocking him.
