Last week, we warned that between 30 and 35 GOP Senators were considering supporting the impeachment effort against Donald Trump. Immediately after, Mitt Romney (R-UT) emerged as the first Republican to support Pelosi's impeachment inquiry.
Well, he is no longer alone. On Friday, Susan Collins (R-ME) became the 2nd GOP Senator to condemn Trump and support the impeachment inquiry.
Collins declared that Trump's actions have been "completely inappropriate" and warned that he has made a "big mistake."
This impeachment push has only been going on for a little over a week and the Left has already flipped two crucial Republican votes against the President...
Reporting indicates that last week, Mitt Romney spoke with Nancy Pelosi. He is promising her Republican votes in both the House and Senate to impeach Donald Trump and remove him from office.
The coup is underway!
That is why President Trump is punching back at Romney today. Mitt Romney is leading the Never-Trump push to remove the President from office.
Susan Collins is facing a tough re-election fight. She knows she is probably toast next year, so she is coming out in support for impeachment to try to save her political career...
That is all this has ever been about for the Republicans. The GOP has opposed Trump from the beginning because he threatens their livelihoods. Paul Ryan actually admitted during the campaign that he would have rather had a Hillary Clinton Presidency... That is how warped the Republicans are.
And now, they want to finish it. They want to remove Trump from office simply because he suggested that the previous administration be investigated for its crimes.
Every single Democrat in the race is promising to prosecute Donald Trump if they win the White House. But even just the thought of investigating Joe Biden for a crime that he admitted to, on camera, apparently constitutes an impeachable offense. If the Left didn't have double standards, they would have no standards at all.
But what is truly shocking is to see how Republicans are turning on the President as well...
They think that this is the best way to save their political careers. They think that this treachery will actually gain them more votes.
It is up to you to prove them wrong!
The Left's impeachment story is falling apart. There was never any quid pro quo and now we know for a FACT that the so-called whistleblower met with the Democrats before he filed his report. This whole thing was a political hit job from the beginning.
But the more their story falls apart, the more Republicans turn on the President anyway.
They see this as their best chance to undo the 2016 election and stop Trump from winning again in 2020...
We must stop them!
That is why we are launching a major push today to bombard Congress with a half million FaxBlasts demanding that they kill the Pelosi-Schiff impeachment inquiry right now.
