President Obama said, via Jay Carney, that he will sign the United Nations Small Arms Trade Treaty “before the end of August…We believe it is in the interest of the United States.”
Looking at the calendar: THAT IS RIGHT NOW! You and I are only HOURS AWAY from our gun-owning rights being taken away from us! This is the way President Obama operates. He chooses the time when Congress is away from Washington---to exert his Executive authority!
Our Second Amendment guaranteed rights being discarded now while, my Friend, Congress is on vacation until September 9th or so. But President Barack Obama is ready to, ONCE AGAIN; go around Congress to get his wishes of gun control!
President Obama is used to these back-door tactics of “going around Congress.”

Sure, there have been 3-4 legislative pieces that have been introduced where they have told the executive branch to NO TO ANY treaty provision on gun control; to go against the UN Small Arms Trade treaty!
We can’t count on those now because Congress is away until September 9th! That is why President Barack Obama wants to sign this treaty BEFORE the legislators come back to Washington!!
We know that Congress keeps in touch and briefed from their Washington staff, even though they are in their home districts, meeting with their constituency! We can make sure they are apprised of your OPPOSITION and to let them know your displeasure of what President Barack Obama wants to do behind the backs of Congress and AROUND THE RULE OF LAW!
President Barack Obama (and his minions, ESPECIALLY Secretary of State John Kerry), want to go around the backs of the United States Senate and pass this United Nations Arms Treaty, BEFORE Congress has a chance to come back to Washington and profess the People’s WILL. This is the modus operandi of the president: TO GO AROUND CONGRESS!!
THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION MUST PREVAIL!
Even though President Obama threatens to sign this treaty before September 1st, we must let our voices be heard, LOUD AND CLEAR! We must come against---FERVENTLY---the anti-gun crowd that has the president’s ear.
YOU are a true patriot. Our founding fathers of our country, via our Second Amendment, did not intend for us to give away our guns, BECAUSE a One World Governmental Body like the United Nations says we should.
NO ONE---especially, not the United Nations---not even the United States of America---has the right to take away our gun right privileges and freedoms!
Yet, President Obama wants to do that via the United Nations! He is giving away our liberty and sovereign status while going around the rule of law. He must be stopped. This is not in the interest of the United States, nor her Citizens.
We are literally HOURS AWAY from President Obama signing that treaty! That is why your fax is extremely CRUCIAL RIGHT NOW!
Urge the U. S. Senate NOT to ratify the UN “Arms Trade Treaty”!
Frankly, isn’t it totally ILLEGAL for President Obama to sign this United Nations Treaty---without the consent of TWO-THIRDS of United States’ Senators?
THIS WILL NOT STOP THE OBAMA TRAIN FROM FUNAMENTALLY TAKING AWAY OUR LIBERTIES.

This United Nations’ treaty must NOT EVEN BE forwarded to our American government. President Obama has no Constitutional right to sign the document (WITHOUT 2/3 OF THE UNITED STATES SENATORS’ APPROVAL!!).

President Barack Obama is determined to turn over the guns of American citizens to the United Nations and their minions. But we must ACT right this moment to send a clear-cut message to our Congress---to NOT sign this socialistic treaty!
President Barack Obama is using emotions and lies to take advantage of FAMILIES AND CHILDERN of horrific and violent events of mentally disturbed people to SELL America that they must forfeit their guns to be safe. Taking away rights and guns from law-abiding citizens will not stop criminals and terrorists from using them!

He has exploited tragedy after tragedy to bring his anti-gun agenda to the very forefront of American dialogue.
Many United States Senators have already let their voice be known that they do NOT support this forced gun-grab! However, we must be sure that the majority of senators are in agreement.
THE BOTTOM LINE: THIS INTERNATIONAL TREATY MUST NOT BE RATIFIED! No EXEUCTIVE ORDER can take away our rights to own guns!
Demand IT! It is a United States Constitutional right to own a gun according to the Second Amendment! Only days remain to the self-imposed deadline that President Obama gave to himself.
