When Barack Obama traveled to Europe this past year, he promised that the United States was completely on board with the UN's new climate change treaty.
There's only one problem: we aren't on board.
The Constitution requires the Senate to ratify all treaties and the Senate let Obama know the UN Climate Treaty would be dead on arrival.
So, our Community Organizer in Chief did what he always does: he went around Congress. You see, ratification is necessary in order to be bound by the treaty, but it's not necessary for Obama to finance the treaty and implement its programs by executive order. That is why you see so many new EPA regulations lately.
President Obama promised the UN that the United States would pay $3 Billion to get the treaty up and running. Congress blew a gasket and swore up and down the halls of the Capitol Building that Obama would never get the money.
Well, he just donated the first $500 million and there hasn't been a peep from Congress. In typical fashion, these all talk, no action politicians are content with letting Obama spend YOUR hard earned tax dollars to finance the UN's radical climate agenda!
Half a billion dollars have already been stolen to finance this ridiculous climate treaty. You were never asked and your Representatives and Senators never approved it. What Obama did is theft.
If he isn't stopped right now, that number will continue to grow until Obama has given away all $3 Billion, maybe even more!
The Supreme Court won't stop Obama. With Justice Scalia's passing, the Supreme Court has shifted to the Left and is actually approving Obama's radical EPA regulations. The Supreme Court just approved an EPA clean air regulation that Justice Scalia fought so hard to stop. They won't stop Obama.
That leaves Congress as the only branch of Government that can stop this man.
Congress just decided to defund the JLENS Washington DC missile defense program. This is the system that protects our capitol from from ballistic missile threats. The cost? $2.78 Billion.
While Congress is letting Obama give away $3 Billion to the globalist climate change nuts, they're defunding our missile defense program -- which costs less -- because we "can't afford it."
It's just madness.
Congress swore to defund Obama's climate program. They promised that they would stop the President from using our tax dollars to finance this radical climate agenda.
And now it is time to call in that promise!
Congress stood by and allowed Obama to finance the UN's gun control treaty. You CANNOT allow them to do the same with this radical climate treaty!
We the People did not approve this spending. Congress did not appropriate this money.
This week, Congress is releasing its budget for next year. This is the chance to pull the rug out from under Obama! But the only way this will happen is if you DEMAND it!
Barack Obama has absolutely no right to just give away $3 Billion to the radicalists at the United Nations!
