Did you know that according to some polls, including a Wenzel Strategies poll in May, HALF OF AMERICANS WANT OBAMA IMPEACHED! And who shouldn’t? Obama has abused his office and trashed our Constitution while lying to the American people about the economy being HIS priority. HE HAS ILLEGALLY SPIED ON AMERICANS and is still lying about it!
What WILL happen to America if we allow this administration to go on, unchecked?
Legal scholar Bruce Fein says, “You can’t have democracy and the rule of law if you never get to know what the facts are and you just have to accept what the government says they are. If you don’t have a trial, that’s the definition of tyranny.”
A new book by New York Times bestselling authors Aaron Klein and Brenda J. Elliott called “Impeachable Offenses” exposes the high crimes, misdemeanors and other offenses that Obama has committed against the United States Constitution and the limits of his office.

You may recall a few months ago, Conservative-Daily picked up the drumbeat of impeachment and asked you to help us move the issue forward; but then, faced with a Congress too scared to act and a Democrat-led Senate, we backed off and tried to change Washington in smaller ways, one piece of legislation at a time.
On behalf of Constitutional Loving Americans, Conservative-Daily has sent thousands and thousands of faxes to Congress asking them to curb Obama’s agenda—and they are listening! We will still continue to work every angle because everything we do to limit Obama’s power is a victory. But we now MUST revisit the impeachment issue due to the growing impeachment movement, especially given the myriad abuses Barack Obama has inflicted upon the United States in just a few months. We hear the march of others toward impeachment. We feel the momentum shifting.
We know we can do this, TOGETHER. Many Members of Congress have called for impeachment or raised the question at their August town halls.
Watergate investigator and journalist Bob Woodward compares Obama to Richard Nixon when talking about the Benghazi scandal, “If you read through all these emails, you see that everyone in the government is saying, ‘Oh, let’s not tell the public that terrorists were involved, people connected to al Qaeda. Let’s not tell the public that there were warnings.’ And I have to go back 40 years to Watergate when Nixon put out his edited transcripts to the conversations, and he personally went through them and said, ‘Oh, let’s not tell this, let’s not show this.’ I would not dismiss Benghazi. It’s a very serious issue.”
This is Obama’s undoing. It is time for him to go. That means it is time for every American who believes in the Constitution and the rule of law to STAND UP and demand impeachment proceedings begin against Barack Obama.
END this tyranny by Barack Hussein Obama. Call on Congress to initiate a full and impartial investigation of the many transgressions by Obama perpetrated on the American people.
Even Democrats are nervous because the American people are mad, fed up, and disillusioned by our “representatives” on Capitol Hill. They know we are not going to take representatives that DO NOT REPRESENT THE PEOPE.
Buzzfeed Politics declared, “It’s not just overpasses anymore. The book ushers in the Obama Impeachment movement.”
Even the National Black Republican Association is calling for Obama’s impeachment, and they just published a list of proposed Articles of Impeachment, outlining Obama’s violation of our Constitution. Here, we are duplicating their calls for impeachment and combining these issues with ones we have called for in the past. If you believe that Obama has acted illegally, you, as a true patriot must DEMAND HIS IMPEACHMENT.
OFFENSE: UNAUTHORIZED WAR
Obama authorized the use of military force in Libya without Congressional approval. Now he is threatening to do the same in Syria. Rep. Walter Jones (R-NC) introduced a resolution in the House last year that said should the Obama administration engage in military action in Syria without Congressional approval, it would constitute “an impeachment high crime and misdemeanor.” Hold them to this.
OFFENSE: BYPASSING CONGRESS
Obama violated the Constitution when he bypassed the U. S. Senate to appoint three members of the National Labor Relations Board. These actions that were ruled unconstitutional by the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit; and HE bypassed the U. S. Senate to appoint Richard Cordray to head the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
OFFENSE: OBAMACARE
It’s not a tax, it is a tax? THIS ADMINISTRATION WILL SAY WHAT THEY NEED TO SAY TO FOOL THE MEDIA BUT, NOT YOU, PARTIOT! Obamacare forces taxation without representation, violates states’ rights and expands the power of the IRS. Obamacare may have been illegal in the first place, since it originated in the Senate and not the House.
Now that it is law, he is re-writing it from the White House with no Congressional input.
OFFENSE: ILLEGAL FAST AND FURIOUS OPERATION
Obama authorized and permitted the ATF, a division of the Justice Department, to conduct Operation Fast and Furious, wherein guns were sold to Mexican drug trafficking organizations that were used to kill innocent Mexican civilians and several Americans.
OFFENSE: BENGHAZI
Obama has covered up, delayed, impeded and obstructed the investigation of the Benghazi Battle, including:
(1) FAILING to adequately secure the US Consulate and the CIA annex in Benghazi
(2) FAILING to send a response team to rescue embattled US citizens
(3) LYING to the American people about the attack
(4) HIDING from the media and congressional investigators the Central Intelligence Agency personnel and other wounded US citizens who were on the ground in Benghazi by scattering them throughout the United States, forcing them to adopt new identities and subjecting them to monthly polygraph tests. And still American citizens have no answers.
OFFENSE: TARGETING POLITICAL OPPONENTS
Obama’s administration has developed a culture of fear and intimidation and targeted people who disagree with them with unwarranted investigations discriminatory audits by the IRS, including harassment and intimidation of conservative, evangelical and Tea Party groups applying for non-profit status between 2010 and 2012. THIS UNFAIRLY INFLUENCED THE OUTCOME OF AN AMERICAN PRESIDENTAIL CAMPAIGN.
OFFENSE ILLEGAL SURVEILLANCE
Obama has authorized and permitted the NSA to conduct or continue electronic surveillance of over 300 million average Americans without due cause or warrant and has given that NSA data to other agencies illegally. He has authorized and permitted wiretaps of journalists, influencing free speech.
OFFENSE: RULE OF LAW
Obama thwarted Congress by:
(1) Failing to enforce all or parts of laws duly enacted by Congress, including the Defense of Marriage Act, the No Child Left Behind Act, and the Affordable Care Act
(2) After Congress refused to pass his Dream Act, he unilaterally issued an executive order directing immigration officers to no longer deport an entire class of illegal immigrants. He has ordered his Justice Department to sue states trying to enforce their immigration laws
The mainstream media mocks any mentions of impeachment and attacks those who call for it as “fringe” groups, radicals and racists. There is a real war on conservatives.
If you believe in the principles of our Founding Fathers, you are labeled a terrorist. If you disagree with anything Barack Obama says or does, you are labeled a racist. This must stop from the top!
The Left can call it racism all they want, but last time we checked, Richard Nixon was a Caucasian male who broke the law, and he was impeached. Bill Clinton, also a white man, faced impeachment charges. Is Barack Obama above the law? Is this man, who is half-white, half-black, supposed to be held to different standards than everyone else?
AMERICA IS PAYING ATTENTION, MR. PRESIDENT. We will not tolerate tyranny on our watch!
YES, AMERICA: WE CAN DO THIS. This is our new American revolution. We can save this country from the destructive, socialist clutches of Barack Obama.

It is not a cliché to say that perhaps at no other time in history has America teetered so closely to the brink of disaster. Every single freedom you take for granted, and every Constitutional right you hold so dear is in danger. That is the bottom line. Once we cross that line, there will be no turning back.
Do not give up on America and admit defeat. Certainly, the thirteen colonies that rose up against the British Empire must have felt the fear of going up against terrible odds; yet it is precisely because of their bravery and their unity that we live in the great United States of America today.
In honor of those who fought so hard before us to secure liberty, we must fight today to maintain it. Our nation was founded on the principle of broad personal liberty and God-given rights; those ideals are being destroyed.
